Joined wanting WiFi and a TV box that could pause, rewind and record. Saw this advertised online so called in and was told it definitely is so I signed up there and then. All set up now, and after one day I noticed how slow my WiFi was, I mean ridiculously slow. Not only that but my TV box wasn't doing anything like I was promised, no recording... no rewind passed 15mins. To find out they stopped doing that months ago, mis sold and lied to. Disgrace

Most useful part of this whole experience was the UNINSTALL button on Google Play. I've been using this app for many years, most common is when I'm not at home and either forget to record something or a recommendation for something that's on while I'm at work so find it on the guide, click record, job done. Now that function has been taken away I see no immediate use for this app so it's gone within 10 seconds of downloading. Big mistake TalkTalk!!

Most features either just don't work or are very janky. Plus i don't really see the point of this app, I was expecting to be able to connect to my TV box but it can't also I imagined being able to set thing to record remotely but you can't. On the whole it is a very disappointing experice. Especially seeing as TalkTalk is now charging £4 a month for TV without any extras. (just to have a You view box) They say it because they have made major improvements but I see no difference since joining.

Just prescribed to talk talk tv and this app is hopeless, cant get onto the guide to see whats on tv and set record programmes in advance or anything, but useless really.

This app worked until recently, I only ever used it for streaming movies but now I can't even login, despite not changing my login details. I've purchased a number of movies via this app and now I don't even have access to content I have paid for. Live chat was useless, kept telling me to reset password, does not work. Glad I'm not a talk-talk customer.

Its now rubbish I used to be able to mobile record as well as using the TV guide it was brilliant, Talk Talk now tells us to log onto BT, but it asks for a password all the time plus there's no access at all and believe it or not BT keeps saying its Talk Talks problem, they rid of phones now a vital utility whats next!!!!! Its becoming a terrible provider, I will be looking elsewhere for Internet & TV, shame on you TALK TALK.

Well it WAS good. Now you have taken the ability to watch live TV away from us. TalkTalk customers have recently lost their Youview app and now we've also lost the ability to watch live channels on our phones now too. Time to move to BT TV now and away from the 'getting worse by the week' TalkTalk TV. Thanks very much TalkTalk. You are doing a great job keeping your customers happy ☹️ I wish I never updated the app. A classic tale of 'look before you leap' Bye Bye TalkTalk.

This is very much a first try. The app ideally needs to replace the crappy youview box when used at home and allow you to stream ANY of your subscribed channels to a connected device. Licensing restrictions should only apply when not connected to your talktalk broadband. As of writing, the channel selection is limited to maybe 15 of my digital/subscribed channels and there is no option to stream from my mobile to another device (there is currently no talktalk app available for my LG TV). What functionality does exist however seems to work well.

This app was great until the TV guide was removed along with the ability to watch live on mobile devices. It was the main reason I used the app. It's pretty poor that we don't have a remote record option, to send recordings to the TV box either since the Youview app finished.

Come on talktalk surely you can do better than this. Ripped out the things that cost you money but left money grabbing features. Sad really.
