Watchtower service is present, too: if you ever use this wallet to receive Lightning payments then you won't have to worry about getting an app online periodically, more info on this here: https://medium.com/@akumaigorodski/watchtower-support-is-coming-to-bitcoin-lightning-wallet-8f969ac206b2

For some reason lightning withdraws from okcoin exchange fail saying "failed to read invoice"

This wallet is simply the best Bitcoin Lightning Wallet. It has everything one may need and they all work flawlessly. You can open both custodial and non-custodial Lightning channels. Custodial channel can be used more easily and to start receiving immediately, and non-custodial channels can be used for more security and to have more control. I wish you devs success and looking forward for more features. I wondered why you deprecated such a gem. Thank you for undeprecating it.

Using Samsung S10+ Android 11 The bitcoin part of the wallet works fine. It'll receive and send without issue. The Lightning part though is rough. Possibly user error but I followed the developers site and no joy. When adding a channel the list of nodes may not appear. Some nodes like bitrefill would error out when you try to open a channel. Error bubble about bitrefill does not support data backup protection. Scanning qr code does nothing.

BLW is a fantastic wallet! However, it really does need some way to set the transaction fee. There are also times that I need to receive lightning funds, but my channel is full. I've found that using a third party service like Lightning Conductor to do a ln->btc transaction useful in these scenarios.. but it would be nice to do that all in BLW.

Please give it option to specify sat/byte fee... even if you need to toggle it on through some Advanced options. I get it that for most people you want to autocalc, but if I need to open channel fast I would prefer just being able to specify 50 sat/byte and just be done with it. I'll see to contribute to repo on Github if you dont have time to do it... let me know.

I tried so many mobile lightning wallets, you name it if you've heard of it I tried it. Through a lot of trial-and-error I finally figured out that BLW is the only one that worked and it worked flawlessly (without running my own node). The challenges that I've had using lightning even as a tech literate person, combined with my total and utter faith in bitcoin's future, have inspired me to learn to program so I can contribute to Bitcoin lightning too. We need lightning to work for the masses.

original review: fast and easy to use, but it tried to send 1000 satoshis I didn't authorize. luckily it failed. revised: I missed the part about Manage Olympus Servers in Settings. once I disabled backups from there, the developer assures me, there will be no more such charges.

This is the best lightning wallet I've found so far. I like the ability to receive funds offline, do private anonymous channel backups in exchange for small lightning payments, and ease of opening channels. I wish I could specify the local channel backup directory if it's possible to add that in the settings.

This wallet is awesome. 5 stars for how flawless it works on a beta network! I recommend using this Lightning wallet in conjunction with Samourai Wallet if you need support for legacy address formats.
