The problem with the big c app is that every time you select a product for purchase you have to wait 10 seconds or longer for the product to be selected and put in the cart. If you are trying to buy 50 products, the slowness of the experience is discouraging. On a positive note, the big c staff is always very nice and accommodating when I speak to them

Wow. This is easily, hands down, the worst app I have ever used on any platform. That much, at least, is impressive. I wish I could include screenshots to illustrate how bad it is. There are so many bugs I can't list them. Over an hour to get 20 items in a basket and now I can't checkout. No shopping and over an hour of my life that I'll never get back. Was actually laughing by the end. Shockingly bad. A company with all that money and they can't afford to run a few basic tests. QA, anyone?

Poorly designed app and very slow. Keeps crashing many times. Big C should not publish any online commerce option if they don't value the importance of developing a good user friendly application.

Many products in wrong category, not enough categories, products not grouped by type/brand. Site is extremely difficult to use. I wonder whether the developer has ever spent time working in a supermarket - I seriously doubt it. I worked in and managed supermarkets in Australia for 30 years and improvements in this app, which wouldn't take a great deal of time, are needed urgently. The other thing is that scrolling through the items was very slow.

terrible and super awful service. delivery was super delayed and they never even coordinated. even the customer service chat was not helpful and cannot provide new time and cannot update the status. there are better online supermarket delivery that can provide good service. big company but awful service!!! million times thumbs down.

This app still not works after it has worked a few days...screen freezes...an item in shoppingcart is not in stock but can not confirm delete so it stays frozen. To order scares the hell out of me bec. I can not trust to be able to acces my cart for changes or whatever. Why does competitor app.works smoothly and yours never? I like big C.most but can not order this way. Please improve make it work!!!!! Thanks

This app is the worst app that I ever used. It automatically reduce the amount of the products to zero when i try to find another product category. I have tried three times and now i give up. After that, I read the comments. It seems it have never been improved at all.

Unusable. English language user so may be different in Thai.. Unable to add to account details. Poor range of products shown on search. If my experience is typical then app needs a lot more work before there will be a significant number of customers using it.
