    This app is very helpful to get you running and being able to run for longer periods of time. I paid for it but i would have like to have known ahead of time that you have to pay to continue past day five.

    I've been using this for a few months now and have been amazed at the progress I've made. The one thing I would change would be to make it so you can see the breakdown of future runs, but other than that I don't think I would change a thing.

    i really liked this app. i had a galaxy s10 and it tracked my location but now on my s21 it doesnt track it right and it looks like i traveled less than a mile when im running over 2 miles

    I absolutely love this app! I have always struggled with running but wanted to still do cardio when all of the pools closed down. I found this app and liked the way it worked up running times while providing breaks. The app is set up so you can select a time goal. Fair warning: these goals are dependent on you being able to meet the previous running goal. My one complaint is the inability to skip ahead to a more challenging time set or even to see ahead to upcoming runs.

    This is great! The different options for goal times are great. I combined their 4 week plan with a different c25k plan by creating a custom workout. For me, the jumps between some of the workouts were too much, so i switched to runs i could finish, then back to this plan. It's unobtrusive and i can use spotify and still hear the beeps and voice for my intervals. It also makes it easy to keep track of your progress. Highy recommend!

    GPS stops when screen is off and there is no lock screen so it's crazy easy to accidentally pause the workout if you leave the screen on. Update: I had already followed the dontkillmyphone directions. The GPS will just not record my path while the screen is off. If I'm running in a straight line, this doesn't matter, because when the screen turns back on - it connects the dots. When I'm running on a curve - it cuts off my path. Please create a lock screen so I can leave my screen on.
