I really like this app, it does exactly what I wanted it to. Appears to be very stable running on my Pixel 2, never once has it crashed or lost any of my run data. I'd like to see an option to customise the voice feedback of remaining time; minutely reminders are a bit too frequent once you get into the longer runs. All-in-all a good app and well worth the cost to get the premium verison IMO.


Excellent app clear instructions and unlike a lot of apps includes a warm up and down phase. The only thing would be a link to a smart watch so you don't need your phone. You can or linking to a heart rate monitor. You can maybe a 2nd version for those who are still new to running but want me info.


I have completed level 1. I preferred this to the NHS app because it gets slightly harder each run rather then 3 runs the same and then a sudden jump up. I would love to be able to look ahead at other workouts in the level seeing as I've paid for the app. I like to see where I'm heading and what my next steps will be. I would like to turn off the option to have it beep every minute when I'm running say 6mins but still have the feedback to start running or walking. Is there a way to do this?


I highly recommend this app. I've tried other running apps (like 'run! zombies') but I much prefer this app. It has a simple design which basically just aims to increase your stamina so you can run for a longer time. It has preprogrammed workouts where it changes between running and walking. All it does is beep you in when it's time to run or walk. It really comes down to personal preference but sometime like this helps me because I get headaches when I listen to anything on runs.


Easy to use. However, at the end of 5th run it said needed to activate ie. pay or share to continue using app. This should be stated up front. Also, suggested amounts at first started at $2.99. I clicked on $2.99 but after I did it changed to $4.99! Sneaky!


Love this app. I am so encouraged to see the progress I've made. I had never run in my life and initially running even one or two minutes straight was extremely difficult. Now I'm actually enjoying running. My request: Please allow a reset to a user selected point in the program. After an injury I wanted to start the program again, but not at the very beginning. I could select a previous spot in the program, but all of the runs showed complete so it was too difficult to see where I was.


I am preparing for Cop entrance and they ask for 5km/25min racing. when I started I was super lazy but now I can esily do 5km/40min (walks included). I owe my achievement to this app. Thank You Developer. Great Job.


Really fantastic app.. I started with the first day (1 min run)...and now I just ran for about 25 minutes. And yes that's within a month. I just don't understand the significance of 4 weeks written in corner of every level.


I love running but i'm asthmatic and have been out of shape since high school. Started this from a recommendation and im running for longer and faster then i did when i was younger. Color me impressed.


Pretty simple but efficient app. One of the tatest updates added GPS tracking of your runs which is a great feature. 4 stars as it is missing a feature to save partial workouts or extra distance (sometimes I keep walking or running if I feel pumped up) 😁


Simple And Effective💪 I've used this 4 times so far. Great design, easy to use, and in a strange way, motivating. If you don't care much for bells n' whistles, this might be the app for you!


Nice and simple with no bells and whistles that get in the way of the features you need, but it hardly ever tracks my workout correctly. I'm about 3 weeks in and it almost consistently tells me I've traveled about 1 mile less, and burned about 150 calories less, than my Fitbit reports. My BF and son have come on routes with their own smart watches (one Fitbit, one not), and mine is the only one reporting this. So it's not like it's the Fitbit overreporting. I do also turn on high-accuracy GPS.


Very good, best one I've tried, I'm heavy and found the big jumps in times onother apps quite hard. My fitness with this one has improved so much.


really cool app. its helped get me moving again. they have an activate option whereby you can pay a voluntary fee, and actually it's worth donating to them. you can design your own workouts etc. great little app. ♡♡♡♡♡ gets 5 hearts


Best app, I couldn't run for more than 2 minutes but while using this app now I can for 20 minutes continuously


Costs money to monitor your progress?? This app is not very well explained. I'm out, not impressed at all.


Really useful app. Would be helpful if you could preview the workout summary for each programme from the front page (I.e. by clicking on the runner representing each workout).


I love this app! It is definately better than other apps out there, as the goals are more attainable. The only advice I would give is to give us the option of increasing the volume of the woman. I often can't hear her over the treadmill/Spotify.


Can't just use the app. Must link to a public account, clearly for data mining purposes.


Very simple and easy to use. No nonsense just plain interval training. I've achieved what I thought I could not with this app!
