I have never run before, never enjoyed it either. I too a little longer than 9 weeks, but what a change it has made. I am able to run, I've lost weight, I feel amazing, helps with stress too. The support from the guides is fantastic. Get running!

Great app idea. Love the voiceover prompts and encouragement. Problem I seem to have is that it hasn't recognized the first run of week 2 and 3 so it doesn't award the 'certificate'. Will continue to use it despite that. Update: I thought it saved automatically and I had missed the 'Finish and save' prompt at the end of the runs as the phone was in my pack, so all good. Thanks for the idea of fast forwarding through the run audio to credit the runs done.

Sadly this kept dropping out for me and I was spending more time resetting it than running. I then recieved a message from the developer team on how to set up my app on my phone. I followed the instructions. Great news now I have just done my first run. Great and well timed prompts from my choice Denise Lewis 😊👍 Thanks so much for your help. I can not wait to get out again Friday 👍 Definately recommend the app now and if you have a Huawei phone to follow the instructions.

It has really helped me improve my running. I literally went from struggling to run for 1minute, and easily doing 25 minutes of running in the space of like 7weeks! If someone had asked me If I thought that was possible at the start I would have laughed in their face! But you have to put the work in and really push yourself. listen to something whilst your doing it as well, podcasts, music whatever you want. But it is possible. You can do it.

I've successfully completed the full 9 weeks, having gone from being totally sedentary to now being able to run for 30 minutes without feeling like I'm going to die. I do think they should include one final audio recording for once you have completed the 9 weeks with just prompts to start the run, half way mark, and end of the run.

Good app. A choice of people talking you through when to walk/run - good as I can't see my watch without glasses these days. You can listen to Spotify and it'll fade into background when app is giving instructions. Would be even better if each run had a different narrative rather than all runs in a particular week having the same narrative. Completed - Park runs here we come...

The program is excellent. I went from largely sedentary to 5k inside half an hour in six weeks. Every time it kicked up the running time and I baulked, turned out it was okay because the plan's well designed. Heartily recommended. BUT around week 5 the app started crashing every-single-time. On OnePlus 7T Pro running Android 11 and no other app problems, but this is just dead weight now & absent the dulcet tones of Jo Wiley I'm not improving at all. Really big shame.

Just love it! Jo is a welcome voice when running. I've found the app easy to use and effective and love the alarm function that allows you to set the next run and keeps you on track. Don't be afraid to go back to runs or whole weeks if you didn't feel like you got it. Overall, this really works and I can't believe the same person who struggled to run 60s in week one can now go for longer runs! It would be great to have a function for beyond the 9 weeks, like 30 min fun runs to keep motivation up

Overall the app is good. I followed this and was able to run 5k and more. After a year of injuries and lockdown weight gain I need to rebuild my stamina again so redownload the app. Now the app doesn't save any runs. I've redownload it, given it full battery permissions etc. But as soon as I lock my phone screen it stops tracking the run (I still get voice prompts) which is annoying!

Really made a difference to my life. was the motivation I needed and got me better in stages. The app is brilliant. only negative I found that if something happens on the phone ot can pause the app and you have to try and find what stage you are at again.
