It's not actually very good at tracking Market apps, for one. For another, it doesn't recognize Amazon Android apps. For the app to be worth my time and the space on my devices, it needs to *accurately* track both kinds of apps for updates. Uninstalling.

Like any savvy user, I never install updates until I know it's stable & has no new 'surprises' (like ads or a huge MB increase). This app was great. It provided the version # & size of both the current & new app, so I could see just how big of an update it was. I've yet to find another app that provides this key info. But, over time, it's become less accurate, giving many false positives. Now, it's giving almost all false negatives! It says there's only 4 updateable apps when there's really > 30! So sad.

Waste of time. Phone tells me theirs an update so I checked with this app and it says everything is up to date. Don't waste ur time. D2g

Been using this for a few years now. Ive never had any issues with any phone as I've upgraded them. Tells you which ones are out of date as well as uninstall them and greys them out (means they are uninstalled) which you then have a choice of untracking or tracking, which is good for people that may want to reinstall later without having to search for it.

Evo 4G. Updates are in the market but this app always says that everything is up to date. Even after a rescan. Seems to be broken.

Gives frequent updates, lists all the apps and even adds them to the the list of my apps in the Android market. I love it! A must have forusers who have installed apks manually.

The app often doesn't have the current version of lots of apps in the database. So you may have version 2.4.5 of an app installed, but aTrackdog will say that version 1.3.7 is the latest. Has always been inaccurate like this. Developer DOES NOT RESPOND!!! -- UPDATE: Years later, still not improved!!

But if an app is not listed in play store, it won't be found even if I click open in market, so it just tells you that there may be an update, now how you're going to find it is your own concern.

Does not work on new Samsung Galaxy Nexus with Android version ICS 4.0. App starts, take a quarter of the of the screen but it can not be used.
