This application always show invalid user id and password , even if password is right and login through website there is no error but in application its always invalid!!!

One of the worst platform where we can't get the things easily and hangs frequently while fetching the report summary and etc. Very complex and not user friendly. Even not accepting the Backoffice password in this application while Login, the same is accepting on browser.

I giving only one star here because login not possible here in app. So it is not useful to me. Atleast you can add forget password link here. I am not forgetting my password but it impossible to login using correct password. So please check twicely before publishing any app.

Better experience. But, dear app developer, please add PAN number (word) instead of password. So many people including me don't know as our PAN number is our password to login.

I don't know why the app is designed I didn't able to login single time in last 30 days every time it says user ID or password is invalid but web back office is works fine with same user ID and password

Please change your architecture of app and web application development as both application design is not so simple and not user friendly and also added many fields which is not required for users.. i using your platform only bcs of margin other wise app and web design is very very complex.. pls think from user perspective and design.. also u people confusion us by keeping 2-3 mobile app and frequently change web application also..

P&L Reports is showing only of 2017-18 financial year. Unable to see current report, there is no other option. Please update it,then must deserve 5* from me.
