I have scheduled appointment for a particular time frame and doctor is not available.If doctor can't consult patients on particular time frame why there is a scheduling mechanism? Even after paying consultation fee patient have to wait till doctor confirmation.This is absurd.There is no contact or helpline number to enquire the appointment details.

This app is fraud. I installed today, booked an online consultation and there is no call or response. I called customer care several times and they just kept giving me some random hospital numbers to call and check and nothing worked. I installed this to make things easy for me, but it ended up making me call several numbers and still there is no response from anyone. There is no provision even to cancel the consultation which failed/never happened. This is pathetic and waste of time

Worked well. Good quality conversations. Unavailability of doctors should be updated on time, which could avoid rescheduling of appointments.

I waited for an hour for my doctor to show up. Nobody came. The app is flawless till you pay the money btw. Finally in 5 minutes I got a doctor's consultation in eSanjeevani and resolved my issue. Horrible experience. I hope I get my 400rs back. Also when they reply to the review aren't they supposed to give a customer care mail id or number to give contact details? Do they expect customers to put all contact details in a review?? Ps: there is no reply to the mail sent to customer care.

Even a ZERO would be high rating for this App and Company. First Doc made me wait for more than 20 mins then instead of App he used WhatsApp. And within 20 second of listening my problem, Doc cut the call by saying that I need to get admitted to the hospital. Whereas, for a 850 rupee consulting; I was expecting some genuine and professionally able to listen Doctor. This App is not useful because providers are money mongering people. They don't mind customer's requirements.

Waste app. Booked an appointment for emergency. And they given appointment for 12.50pm. Now its 5pm no one coming to give consultation. Useless app. Atlast taken appointment in Esanjeevani. Spot response with no cost. Feeling very bad about aster. Shame on u aster😪

I had booked an appointment for my mother on 28-05-2021 12.20p.m.with a Doctor . However before connecting to him, the appointment was rescheduled to 2.30pm on the same day. This time from 2.15 p.m my mother was online. The Doctor did not come online though she waited for 25 minutes. The issue was reported by email to the customer service but even after 15 days they have not bothered to respond & I lost 500 rupees. Never expected this kind service from reputed a organisation
