It sometimes takes a while to load. Then once a taxi is booked it can take a long time to even tell you the expected time of arrival. Add to that the decline the availability of this company's taxis in the last few months and it is not a useful app.

New years eve none of the taxis were using the app. I believe they were outside fishing for better paying customers, since the app have standart pricing

The app works fine but the actual service is awful. Taxi booked for 7.15pm, waited 45 minutes for it, tried calling and could never get through to anyone. 90 minutes after I ordered the taxi got a call asking me where I am because the taxi is outside.

App doesn't even let you book a taxi, no cars available is what I get and it's been like that for a while now, shame it's aqua that runs taxi's in Portsmouth, absolutely shocking, sort your app out

DO NOT USE!! Entered my details including card details, which I believed would be used for taxi fares. ordered a taxi & saw that "cash" was the paying option, I didnt select this & didn't have cash so cancelled it. I then looked at a way to change payment option to card, but you cannot do this. You pay cash only. So why did I have to enter my card details? Today I found that my account has been charged & there is no way of removing my card details from the app. VERY ANGRY!

Says one time, then you book, and it then takes ages!! But git no choice but to use it really, as no other cabs around anymore!

Abysmal service. Pre-booked ride to Southampton cruise terminal was dispatched 40 minutes late, then booking was cancelled by the driver who picked up the job. Managed to get an Uber within a few minutes.

Very hit and miss, obviously weather and time dependant, taxis are dispatched and constantly cancelled so advise booking earlier then you need to be at your destination.

This app used to be great but since the changes to make it fancy, when you prebook a time it arrives 10-15 minutes later than the time you want. With the old app it was always dispatched before the time you booked so it got here on time. Not a fan as whatever you've changed has ruined a great service. Edit 07/08/21 every time I try to use the app it says no cars available, got told by a driver you are so short staffed you're blocking any bookings on the app
