The app works, but it's not very helpful. Initially pairing it to my car took several attempts and about an hour of my time, but ever since then there's been no trouble. It just lacks useful features. Features like checking the odometer, oil life, and setting maintenance appointments aren't incredibly useful, but tracking where you last parked is somewhat useful. The main useful feature for this app would be remote start and keyless entry, which isn't available for my car.

Basic functionality works most of the time, though a little inconsistent, though that might be connectivity rather than the app. Odo reading was sometimes off when I first started using the app, haven't checked recently. My garage is within Bluetooth range of my kitchen, so the "are you safe?" nanny warning when connecting via Bluetooth is irritating.would like log function: seems so obvious, why isn't it there already?

The fact that there are paid subscription services with this app is completely laughable. You can lock the doors, locate the car and honk the horn. The car's stats are way out of date and in 6 weeks of ownership have updated just once. No remote start, remote climate control or even anything pretending to be useful. Nothing. This is seriously one of the most useless apps I've ever installed on my phone.

I'm glad this app is free. It worked for a few days. It's constantly out of sync. It does give you simple instructions on how to re-sync it. In a day or two it will be out of sync again until you get fed up. It always connects but never syncs for long. My phone always chimes when I'm close enough to establish a link. The info may as well be a painting. My 2020 Accord has updated software. Everything works as advertised except for HondaLink. I will delete it.

App used to work great but now when I open it I'm being told the app needs to be updated. Upon updating, I'm shown in the Google app store that there isn't an update, open or Uninstall. This is a continuous loop that won't end. I've deleted cache, cleared data, Uninstalled and reinstalled and same cycle. I'm using Android 11 with One UI ver. 3.1

I agree with other reviews...app sucks!!! Bought a brand new 2020 CRV EX-L (10 miles) in February 2021. By March the app stopped pairing to my car. It connects to the Bluetooth but won't pair so it no longer imports my contacts. Useless feature to be built into a modern day car. Back to the old school way of having to use your phone to dial a contact while driving. Luckily for me I moved up from a 2005 Honda Accord, so no sweat. Honda ought to be ashamed of themselves for this EPIC FAIL!

The time it takes to contact the server and turn on the car is ridiculous. I'm better off going to go turn the car on myself at times. Works some times and others it doesn't. Would be nice if there was a way to increase the internal temperature in the car. Seems like the only way now is if the heat was already on when the car was turned off.

Cannot log in. Says my email or password is incorrect. Tried to register says email already exists so I know that is the right one. Password which I know is correct doesn't work. Try to reset password brings me to "My Garage" website where I can successfully login with my password but app keeps saying it's incorrect. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still doesn't work. Tried re-registering with a new email, still can't log in. App is useless without being able to login.

This is the worst app ever. I don't understand why this is not getting fix. For the past 2 years it will works on a maybe now for the past 2 week, nothing, it's exchanging info with the car from the messages then I get a cannot connect to the car message. A company like Honda should be able to get this fix, really!!

Forced to update app. Now can't even login... again. And now it's working. Honda makes great cars but their software is embarassing. No wonder people are looking at Teslas. With over the air updates and constantly improving software not to mention all the EV benefits. I like my Clarity but after many, many years of Honda/Acura ownership my next car will likely be another brand that is more progressive.
