Seriously, the customer service from staff is top notch and the lash work they do, unbelievable you guys. Worth the membership fee. Products are pricey but worth it just get the last wash foam and the wands from the dollar tree or something. But hands down best studio and I've tried many, and hands down best app making it easy to access everything. Love it!!!!

******This is a review of the app not the company Amazing Lash******** The app has begun to not allow me to book appointments. It lets me click book online. Then it talks about terms of service to agree to. And once hitting ok nothing happens. I have an easier and more pleasant time calling the salon making an appointment that way. I am about to consider uninstalling the app completely, unless this is resolved.

I was really curious to try out a few different lash styles so I could see what the best look for me would be. The new feature in the app to try on lash styles helped me realize that I didn't want to go with the longest lash style, but that I did want more volume. It helped me share my ideal combination with my stylist Anna so she could see what I was thinking. A picture really is worth 1000 words in this case, because I don't know the right industry words to explain it to her. Previously I tried to explain it but I wasn't very good at knowing what I wanted and what would look good. This app makes it alot easier to show your stylist.

Good so far i have only had one issue and that was resolved. The booking can get a bit confusing as you have to add the service and then book it and you also have to add extra "services" if you get their other lashes. The otger thing i don't like is that it does not show you accurate prices if you are a member it only shows the regular price or their intro first time price.

I can book my appointments so easily! I don't mind who I see for my lashes and love that I can filter out to see only the times I'm available. In a technology minded world, being able to book my lashes on my lunch break without having to pick up the phone is PERFECT!

Love love love my lashes!!! Kayla gave me exactly what I wanted. Ive also been using Amazing Lashes serum to help make my natural lashes stronger. Its working!!!! Price did go up, but Ill my spending elsewhere to have my lashes.

I don't find the app useful at all. It does not track my past appointments or let me see who I've seen in the past. It also doesn't allow me to schedule future appointments. Without those features working what is the point of the app?
