First, the app does not work - after it asks for a sign in for every channel, it just cycles through sign in screens, neber streaming content. Then they put Google Ad bait on the live TV app?? What kind of junk, trash, bunk, is this? I pay for cable, why are you serving up ads on the app to access the subscription I already pay for??? Maybe make the app work before you try to make money with ad bait?? Tacky, tacky, tacky.

Does not work with the mini and cannot get a regular box in my area. Yet can in towns that are further off. When are you coming to claim you to fix this problem. If a mini works then a regular box should work. We have tried at my house and dispatch said there were problems in Plainview.

It says that my boxes aren't connected but I only have one cable box and I deleted and reinstalled the app and it's still saying the same thing. I'm confused as to why this is happening. I don't want to purchase another remote but I will if this continues to happen.

I have read a A LOT of reviews that say the quality of the streaming channels is incredibly substandard (it never says its in HD). Every time, you suggest emailing your support team to address the issue. Either fix the issue or post why it has something to do with OUR phones and what settings we need to adjust. In a time when more and more people are cutting thd cord, you'd be best served not giving your customers the brush off.

DVR playback is HORRIBLE quality, and you are unable to watch live tv on the app. Update 7/27/21 - Still unable to stream anything from the DVR that's remotely close to HD. Anything recorded is super pixelated.

Why would I want to watch live TV at home on any device but a TV ? Suddenlink At $180 a/month why restrict Live TV service to in-home/internet use only ? All network-based apps, A&E and TNT are location-based therefore Not useable with cable subscription. Time for a switch to a smarter company ? @^Dominick-> ALL the channels I PAY for in my Subscription I should be able to watch live anywhere through your app or their app like lifetime. Downloaded this app to be able to use the remote. It does not work. It just keeps telling me that my device is not online. Nothing else works in the app either.
