The notes can be read aloud by android TTS engine.

Requirements for work:

    Bryn Craggs

I had intended to use this app to make notes in an outdoor setting where internet access is not available. The quality of speech recognition is so poor that editing the text took longer than manual typing would have done. In some instances the text bears no resemblance to the words spoken - to the extent that a second visit to the site was needed. Not recommended.

  2. J M-avatar

    J M

Keeps on saying that it doesn't have permission to use the microphone, when it does. Lots of wasted time. Edit in response to the Developers reply - As I stated in my review, it already has the permission from Google, but it is not being recognised in your app.

  3. Bob Hazerd-avatar

    Bob Hazerd

Super simple and does exactly what it's supposed to do . Only issue is it's not using the mic from my hands-free headset so I have to talk directly to the phone instead of walking around dictating while using my Bluetooth like I wanted to.

  4. I Taylor-avatar

    I Taylor

My first time using speech to text. Lots of whacky words, skipped words, wrong words, repeated words. So disappointed. Am I doing something wrong? My app was very close to the sound.

  5. Neil Plessner-avatar

    Neil Plessner

This works very well especially with the share function. It is intuitive and more versatile than dragon naturally speaking,it's free to use on mobile devices.

  6. Adam Zalewski-avatar

    Adam Zalewski

Works good for my uses. I just wanted something that would let me listen back to notes I have made and this works great. You can pick different voices and change the pitch of the voice and the speed.

  7. bamf betty-avatar

    bamf betty

More like 3.5 But way better than stock voice app Has trouble picking up some words, and s', works better in a pin quiet room with no fans or additional sound. You have specifiy to capitalize and it capitalizes its own chosen words I think? Either way I prefer this over my phones voice to text. Would recommend.

  8. Verna Witheld-avatar

    Verna Witheld

Very satisfied with the quality of recognition it also doesn't require location in permissions. It is extremely easy to rename and save the .txt file. Try it is a good to one. This is my 3rd year using this app.

  9. Ashish Kumar Sah-avatar

    Ashish Kumar Sah

This app is good, for making scripts and notes, but it not able to catch hindi nods properly, we have to speak those words slowly and loudly.

  10. A.D. Dodd-avatar

    A.D. Dodd

Amazing accuracy for an Android app, and voice commands as well. This is a whole new level of mobile dictation.
