I Buy My Ticket last year February from Almatar.becasue of corona flight was cancelled then November i applied for cancel my ticket and refund i receive confirmation mail that my ticket is successfully refund but till now from November I am waiting for My Refunds amount.more then 20 time in 6 month i contact almatar but only reply we will return soon..So i will Not suggest to use almatar they Dam care about their customer .They promise me to refund will back in 30 days but 6 month now.Disapoint

This was a very easy and user friendly App. i like it so much. once i make my booking and flight reservation i received a call from a very nice person who informed me with all the details about both my hotel booking and my flight reservation. also when i come back home they called to make sure that everything was perfect. As a foreigner who lives in saudi arabia, hotel booking, and flight booking were never a smooth process. The app is easy to use for those who can't read arabic and looking for cheap bookings along with a high-quality service. Cherry on top, the customer care reps can speak english fluently which was more supportive.

It is OK app. Same price as other apps but not as flexible in credit card payments. App allows multi-city selection but website does not (odd). Tried to book a hotel in Marrakech but prices are very high. For a 7 day one hotel was 257000 SR. I am shocked.

Latest update had improved UI experience than earlier one. Low cost carriers got added recently. And I like the display of check-in & cabin baggage seperately at trip details especially for LCC's.
