ANOTHER UPDATE still NO REMAINING due balance! ** Need current statement balance remaining in sign-on & payment choice ** No payment needed when you still have remaining balance is inappropriate!!! ** Should have on pay screen have filled in option for REMAINING statement balance. Example: Statement balance due $500, paid $100, remaining statement due $400! **Very telling that you don't see developer responses!!! They don't care.*? how app gets high review scores?

I have two Barclay cards. A couple weeks ago I could no longer get results for transactions and statements on one of the cards. After an update this week, I no longer see transactions or statements for the other card either. This is true on my android device app and my iPad app.

Since you had an outage a few months ago the payment part of the app is incredibly slow. Also, lately when I open my FICO score it makes the app crash and logs me out.

Sorry Barclays but your android app has taken a major dive. Logging in not a problem, but accessing payment page is. I click and it seems to freeze. Please fix, thanks

I live overseas and travel frequently. This app is so concerned about my 'security' it's become completely unusable. At first it was extra steps to login, now, I get a 'locked account' notification whenever I try, and if I take the time to call to unlock, I'm told it's not locked and the customer service has no clue what the issue is. Thanks for protecting me out of being able to easily access, Barclays. When I could access the app, it was fine.

This app is broken now. The payment screen just times out and that literally the only reason I use it.

Worked good for a long time, but now 95% of the time I can't log in and have to go to the website.

It's annoying that it doesn't let you make a payment for your whole balance if you also have auto payments set up also. Also the payments screen can take several seconds or minutes to load sometimes and there often isn't even a spinner so you're not sure if it's trying still or not
