Update: Lowering to 1 star. Contacted support and was told my device wasn't supported. Even if its not, it did work until the last update. So they broke the app and now aren't claiming responsibility for their bad programming. Used to work great but now will not connect to the device. Works fine on my wife's iphone.

I like it the device but I get a lot of unclassified results, which aren't helpful. I have a major complaint about the new interface for entering my BP and pulse that just happened with the new. It used to be a simple, extremely quick process to type the numbers in. Now I have to "dial" to all 3 numbers separately, which takes a ridiculous amount of time and effort for something that was so simple before. Please allow for typing input again!

Support Team Failed to Understand PDF Formats. The device provides insight into ECG/EKG for those interested in learning about their own heart rhythms. The device itself is 5/5 stars. The PDF reports lack any support by both the on-line and telephone staff. None understood the basic features of "tags" and "notes" within the history of both ECG and BP. All staff refused to answer the concern that I have about AliveCor's server(s)'s pdf report generator; it fails to align left the "Tag" data.

I've updated to the latest version as of yesterday and the app won't open, it starts the closes immediately. This needs fixing asap as I need to record my ECG.

Doesn't work with TCL 10 Pro. Replaced battery on Kardia device. Still didn't work. Installed app on old BlackBerry running Android and it worked on the first attempt.

The app is very easy to use with a very friendly user interface. However, if the developer is reading this comment, it will make this app even better if they could link the kardia mobile reading with the blood pressure reading and allow the two to share the use of the notes. Also, is there a button that can produce the summary of my Kardia readings including the notes? I think it will be very helpful to give it to doctor. Thank you

I've had a subscription for over a year now. Now, it can't record or even recognize my machine that has the blood pressure and EKG. When I try to record a EKG then the app crashes immediatelyafter.. Please, fix this or I will have no choice, but to cancel. I have heart surgery next week and would like for this to work.

The app hardly works, which renders the device useless! Once in a blue moon I'm able to record an ekg, otherwise, most of the time it does absolutely nothing. It worked fine when I first got it, now it hardly works at all (after only a couple of months. The app needs a serious bug fix.

This was great when I bought it and had it on my Samsung S8+. But when I finally upgraded to the Samsung S21 I can't get into it. I never had to login before but now it insist on it. Every email I use won't work and when I do the forgot password, I never receive an email so I can reset it

This app opens and closes. Opens and closes. Opens and closes!!! I am using a Samsung S8+ , no problems with any apps but this one !! What a joke on me ! Hahaha!....... ...... Update 9/15/21 Cannot add Blood pressure info at all, keeps saying cannot find device ... i see you still have not fixed this app. WHY WOULD I UPGRADE ?? Up date: 9/28/21 SUPPORT contacted me and gave me a few idea's, i tried them out AND now i am able to add blood pressure. Very cool !! But still to complicated! .
