App is broken. Their database was broken. Messed up my account but they still charged me and I had to prove with my billing statements that it was true since they said it was impossible. Logging in with a facebook account is broken and has been for months, their app no longer is integrated, the button remains. They forced me to pay to upgrade working hardware after they fixed their database bug to let me use it. I can't log in again now that it's arrived. Likely a failed or failing startup.

I like it, but it lags, so the real time location of the car is not correct. 2 months later. It still lags. It shows a location from 10 minutes prior. Frustrating as its unhelpful for real time monitoring. So hope people read this. I called zubie and got thr blow off, the lagging of 7-10 minutes "depends on your subscription level . Feel free to email us and we'll get right back to u." Is this a joke? No "levels" were ever offered. There was just the one set up and service.

Really great application have had the module in two different cars. Gives you peace of mind as to knowing where your minor children are at when they start driving. Initially I had trouble with the Wi-Fi/hot spot module. The staff at Zubie we're not able to get the bugs out of that module so they sent me a new module without the Wi-Fi / hotspot. Which really wasn't necessary to have any way. Keep up the good work, thanks!

A pretty good app over all, but I've noticed a downward trend recently. The tracking isn't as accirate at it used to be. (I drop my daughter at work some mornings. If I stop the car, it will show two trips of 3 miles. But if I just drop her off without turning the car off, it shows a 12 mile trip. This is a consistent problem. It doesn't update live location as quickly and consistently as it used to. It's not as good as it used to be.

We really enjoyed this app in the beginning. We've had it for nearly 5 years and we have a 5 units but here lately in the last 6 months or so the trackers have not been accurate and as of today I am having problems again. I'm not sure what they have changed recently but it is causing a lot of problems. I'm also over the only communication which is via email. You should be able to talk to someone over the phone. There are other options out there an we are seriously considering reviewing them

Very helpful to manage time and drivers habits. Also code errors very helpful for maintaining fleets are in good mechanical condition.

Zubie is very accurate with location. It's just not so user friendly. When I open the app, it shows me my location (my phone/app location) first, not the location of the intended target (my child's car). I would have to go to "trip history" to find where my target's current location is.

Device doesn't work, even after extensive customer "support" (4+ weeks worth!) Via email. Company will not provide phone or chat support, even though they claim they do. Response time is slow. Very very bad customer service, and the product still doesn't work.
