I give them 5 stars because support has been awesome and I love all the integrations you can do. I sync zoho books with Zoho CRM and sync the CRM with my IP Phone service with Ring Central so when somebody calls in the CRM opens up contact automatically on my desktop and I can immediately view invoices, estimates, and their contact info without having to do anything but answer my soft phone. I also two way sync my contacts CRM to Outlook. It's so awesome!

Great app for a handyman with ADD! After nearly a year, I'm still learning more that this app can do for my business. It's really great for tracking the minutia of a variety of projects, both small and large. I love how simple it is to generate an invoice on a moment's notice or track receivables at a glance. Given the start / stop nature of my work (and my brain), I find the onboard timer a little too basic to cope with my needs, so I use another tracker for that. Also, the lack of offline access to any of the app's basic functions can make for a frustratingly slow experience in simple tasks when cell signal is bad or data is throttled. Even so, I have yet to find its equal in suiting my particular needs.

I struggle with this app because it's almost like I'm using a paper-based system! Sometimes the team gets the UI correct, and that's great, but it usually isn't that way. Examples: You can't sort customers and find the one with the highest balance. Secondly, hyperlinking data isn't ubiquitous. (Customer details -> activities list -> click on an invoice...nothing!) Can't add comments on customer in app. An app on smartphone which takes calls from customers...and I can't add comments?!

Thr app is pretty good, fairly cluttered but gets most things done. But At no point was I ever informed I was on a trial version. I spent an entire day and a half inputting information until I learned this. I have no way of switching myself to free,I'm stuck on the 14 day trial. On top of that,the literal only feature I need (inventory) is in the highest tier of service, a full 290 a month. This company screams "let's get some money and get out a here"

Not user friendly. Customer service seems helpful, but also clueless about how clunky the software is. None of the apps talk with each other automatically. You have to tediously integrate them (doesn't always work), then you have to enter & re-enter info that was entered in one app, but was erased when migrated to a diff. app. Zoho is supposed to save time but I've spent hours in useless sessions with help desk to end up spending more hours figuring it out on my own. VERY FRUSTRATING!

More user freindly than other products. outstanding functionality for job & time tracking in the field via the App. But still some important components missing from the overrall software suite related to employees (users). payroll not available, cannot directly render out invoice costs after payment recieved, cannot assign an internal cost to a user hour, a few other things but i do actually like the software!

This is a really good app for a small start up! It took a little time to understand everything, but it will be very useful for my partner and me to get up and running... soon we'll be able to upgrade our subscription... it is just what I was looking for to get started... great job Zoho!
