The remote control feature is available for Samsung and Sony devices, by default, and if you own a device from the below list, you can install the Add-Ons we have made available on the PlayStore, to allow the technician to remotely control your device./n/nThe Add-On supported manufacturers are:/nLenovo, Cipherlab, Cubot, Datamini, Wishtel and Densowave./n/nHow to start a remote session:/n/nStep 1: Download and install the Zoho Assist - Customer app./n/nStep 2.a: The technician will send you an email containing an invite to the remote session. Click the link on the email and open it with the Customer app to get your remote support session started./n/n(OR)/n/nStep 2.b: Instead of sending you an invitation link, the technician can additionally send you the session key directly. Open the Customer app and enter the session key to start the remote support session./n/nStep 3: After your consent, the technician will remotely access your device to provide support. Unfortunately I just received a call from fake Amazon support telling me someone had purchased an IPhone and gift card on my account. They told me to download the app so they could help me but I knew it was a scam. I started to read some of the scam reviews to them and they abruptly hung up.. Zoho you need better protocols because they are definitely using this app to scam.

Good for scammers pretending to be cyber crimes department for Amazon to get in to your phone....not good for unexpected customers unaware til it is too late what is actually going on.

Obviously this is a very effective app. The people pretending to be Amazon support knew what they were doing! I couldn't have got the app off my phone without the developers help. Even Samsung 's Smart tutor could not do it. My greatest thanks to the developer for his help.

I was contacted by a person claiming to be from Amazon who wanted me to download and install this application in order to access my passwords and personal information. If someone calls and asks you to install this, think twice. You are giving them full access to your device information.

Most of the time this is a five star service. Other times, like this morning, you can not login to the system. It says it will send you a code through your text number -- but does not. I am more than a little disturbed by the calls wanting access to your system. This tells me this company might not be reputable.... or have full control over its software!! BEWARE!!! FIND SOFTWARE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS WHEN YOU NEED IT!!!

🚨 SCAM WARNING 🚨 please double check you are not being directed to this app from a scammer, ask them to send by post if you are unsure... I'm sure the app works as intended I give you five stars this is not a negative review is to assist others from being scammed like somebody attempted to me today. DEV. Maybe add a BIG warning to help people not get scammed. The scan are attempting to pull off to gain access to the mobile phone which has amounts of information personal details Amazon ect

Someone contacted me saying they work from Amazon, and ask me to download this app. He's on the phone telling me what to do to secure my phone and then ask me if I do online banking, I said no and he asked me to click on the bank icon, I told him no I have to call Amazon first and then he hung up. He wanted to steal my bank info.
