Edit: 2.5 years later and I still love this app. I have the pro version and haven't looked back. This app is expansive enough to handle advanced customized workouts. I wish there was more community features and the ability to share workouts but this app is really is all nuts and bolts with no frills. Robust app with random features locked behind a paywall, and missing some features that other apps have

Using this app for nSuns. It's good for that so far, automatically has the exercises set, good customizability for units and plate weights (to adjust for the gym plates), and good customizability for the programs also. Does all I expect, no annoying ads either.

A great app for those interested in getting strong and tracking their progress. I do have three particular issues, though I'd love to see addressed to move this to a 5 star app: 1. There is an option to upload your program progress to the cloud and access it again when getting a new phone, but this doesn't actually work. I had to start all over when getting a new phone. 2. I travel internationally for work often, so I figured I could switch from kg's to lb's and it would convert the actual weights to those units. However, all it did was keep the same numbers (105kg) and changed it to (105lbs). This creates a serious issue for tracking stats. 3. When trying to submit the above issues through the app, it said the email address associated with the account was no longer active. Anyways, I'd love to see these changes made. If they are, this will be one of the best fitness apps on the market!

Updated review: Pro Broken. I purchased the app to sync with Drive since the other local backup option requires a rooted device to get to the data file. But the Drive backup doesn't do anything. It just says login, and when you click, nothing happens. Will be asking for a refund. Second update: the support email does not exist anymore. Will issue a charge back.

Just used this app for three workout sessions so far. My only complaint is the weights are not editable while logging. I don't have fractional plates so am usually a kg or so up or down but when I log, it logs the the original weight so I think it's not going to remain entirely accurate. Loving it otherwise!

i like how straightforward the programming is, and how all i have to do is show up and do the work. math/tracking has always been my least favorite part of working out.

Been using this app for years and I haven't found one that's better. I absolutely love the jacked and tan workouts. It's challenging but it feels great and I've never been happier with how I look.

This app is so hard to figure out. I honestly hate how tricky it is to navigate and add workouts.

The best and most comprehensive lifting app i've used. Premium is very worthwhile. Three complaints: 1. The timer doesn't really work, i don't get a ring or a vibration. 2. Can't make custom emom progressions. 3. Some preset progressions can be customised, others can't. Very strange. That said, no other app ive used is as flexible, powerful or easy to use as this.

Great app with popular workouts programmed in the app. You're also able to create your own workouts and customize the programmed workouts. It's awesome. Get this app.
