Good app for what's advertised! If you want a cohesive collection of tools in one place to cover the breadth of almost any tool you'd want to use to organize a team, Zenkit has you covered. I ended up using other tools that fit in my workflow better (I preferred separate apps, didn't need all the collaboration features), but that's no mark on the quality here! I reviewed this app specifically to make it easier to find again if I have a project that would benefit from the features on offer here

Seems like a nice idea, but it's just way too slow honestly. It actually has a loading screen between lists😂 I get that there is a lot of options, but it needs to be optimized for practical use IMO. I've used apps with more features that are much snappier. Maybe it's the constant syncing? I set my test list to download. No noticable change. Otherwise I haven't used it much and will be uninstalling. Good luck to the devs anyway

Been using Zenkit for 7 months, now. I look at Zenkit as an awesome combination of Trello and Airtable. Many of the most important features of Trello, but with a better UX. Switch the view of your collection (equivalent to a Trello board) to table and you are presented with a feature-rich spreadsheet-like view closely resembling Airtable. A subset of all the things you can do with Trello or Airtable, but all of the features I really need. I tried - really tried - to bend Trello to fit my own project management, to-do list, log book mashup. Just too clunky and Kanban-board centric to pull it off. The last time I experimented with Airtable, the Kanban view wasn't quite there yet. I think Zenkit does a great job of blending these two views and providing the right mix of features for both. I went from the free version to the paid version in just a few days. I was sold! Moving my Trello boards and Asana projects to Zenkit was a snap, and I instantly had a better tool to manage the same information. The Zenkit team still has some work to do, but they are well on their way to making the premiere Kanban/Table project management tool.

This should honestly be a 3.5 star review, but that's not possible, so Zenkit gets 4 stars. Extremely versatile, powerful piece of software. My only issues are that the UI is more than a little ugly, and the mobile app is an utter pain to use. commenting is unnecessarily tricky, swiping between stages in kanban view is really... tricky, and everything is just generally a little too clunky. but the app is still pretty useful.

Amazing tool! Thank you Zenkit team for fixing the markdown editor bug on mobile, and all of the other major upgrades that have happened since my last review. I have my fingers crossed for a widget, and a shortcut to add tasks from the home screen. I use another app as an "inbox" whenever I have to write something down real quick.

What a beautiful app! It does exactly what I expect it to do - helps in managing tasks using different views, providing sufficient level of customization and many ready-to-use templates for collections. The only option I really miss is repeating tasks.

Just never found it very useful. It's just a couple steps more advanced than a shared Excel spreadsheet and calendar, which is good but not enough. Felt like pulling teeth trying to get my team to use it, and I doubt we were more efficient after adopting this app.

May be great, but I'll never know since I can't login. It keeps saying invalid password (I know it's right) & I even reset it. & the email validation & password reset emails took forever to arrive, making it that much worse. The email saying my password had been changed, i.e. the one I didn't need, of course came through quickly. Even if I could get in at this point, these people are inept & I wouldn't trust them. Update: tried again & says link IT SENT ME is incorrect. I'm done wasting my time.

Zenkit has very intuitive interface, easy to use, and yet very powerful to help your team and organization to managing your projects, agile teams, and many others like chat and contents. It is NOT a heavy tool that you have to change your process to fit the tool, instead this tool will make your process and teams more efficient. Highly recommended for any teams and organization to give it a try.

This app is amazing. All the free features it offers for free are a mile ahead from other "similar" services. Web, mobile, and third party integrations are a big plus. Constant meaningful updates. This app should be way more popular than it is.
