Biometric authentication (i.e., fingerprint) means I can use a strong password, and I don't have to save it on my phone. That is important so that even if someone got my phone login PIN, they couldn't get my PIN.

Terrible experience using Wise, and I've heard such positive things. Made transfer USA > UK said it would take 3 hours, took 5 days!! I was in the UK for 5 days without any GBP. Wouldn't even give 1 star. Will never use again and will not recommend. Definitely deleting the app. Don't waste your time with Wise!

Forced me to go through a very sketchy and long verification process, had me deposit money into my ' account ' and then not a day later with zero notifcations i try to login to find they deactivated my account. This would be of zero problem if they didnt take my money and need to ' appeal ' to give me my own hard earned money back. Don't download it, dont use it. And dont deposit any money, it is a closeted scam acting as an app. Listen to the one stars, this app is run by theives.

Used to be a good app, ever since they changed their name to Wise there are endless issues with them. Transfers are late and they keep harassing me to revalidate my accounts and my identity after a couple of years using the same accounts for transfers. They should be renamed Dumb. There is no Contact Us on the app and when I emailed them to the support email they advertise here in the Play store I got an email that they don't monitor this email address 😠 I do not recommend using this app.

Been using it for a while from Hong Kong, debit transfer use to be with DBS bank but since they changed that to Citi Bank... It's been 4 days my money is stuck with Citi bank and there is no live chat support from wise to help me out. really disoppointed. Need to look for another service.

With its myriad of options, it makes it difficult to understand and get used to. For example, to simply see your current balance is a puzzle to figure out. I think the user interface could use some improvement. And "Jars"? Really?

Excellent for ACH, wire transfers and send money between wallets. No fee for Wise to Wise transfers and low fees compared with its competitors. Perfect for P2P and people without a bank account in the United States.

Awful customer support, fees have increased and the email feature doesn't necessarily send money to Wise but to the external account unless you set it up as a primary. Which is not intuitive at all.

The police should be looking into this company. They are scamming the clients. All their features have been changing to force clients to make direct bank transfers to them. Meanwhile, they blocked access to features that allow debit transfers. They have been lying about it and claiming they don't know why someone has certain features blocked. Their fees also keep increasing. They are scamming a lot and most likely preparing to runaway with their clients' money. The police needs to look into it.
