My experience with Z2P was good. I got my loan processed within four days. However, there are some points I would like to mention. Earlier, the app showed my loan eligibility to be 6000 rupees which later reduced to 2000. I had to pay a document processing fee of 200 rupees, then I had to wait for two days until I got the loan amount of 2000 disbursed. So the overall experience was good. I got help and that matters.

This app is bogus app they charged me late payment penalty of 2250 rs for 17 days .It's been 2 years i have closed the loan but still they have asking for late payment fees when logging there app.After requesting them to waive off they are not ready to do so..150 rs per day penalty..This must be reported to Rbi .for such fraud scam and loot.

It's not looking like genuine lending app. There is something behind the scenes. If they do really loans, the basic step is customer care. They don't have customer care. I have applied loan almost a year ago. Till last few days status was "pending for admin approval". Recently they updated app. As a last chance I replied the loan, but still same. I think waste of time completely

Good initiative from Z2P group. Approval takes 48 hrs of time, once approved again asked to pay someamount as document Charge for further process. That itself takes another 48hrs, otherwise it will be good and useful for customers. Once our profile is getting approved, they will instantly disburse the loan amount. Since it's digital world, Z2P team have to improve the user experience in terms of providing loan document, autodebit for repayment, and auto increment of loan amount based on the loan repayment of the user.

Very good app. People are very responsive, mails are attended and replied in short duration's. repayment area in app needs improvement. I think repayment updation in Google form not working well. I believe the team is struggling in finding the borrowers correct repayment updation form. this takes time and delay in payment updation. after updation , App is not showing the borrower repayment date, instead it is showing the teams final updation date. thus the app shows delayed payment status. Payment option within the app and immediate reflection of the balance will give this app to a very good rating.

I have made my payment till 48 hrs you have no clue. No website no application no customer service no phone calls only reminder email... When I am trying to chase you guys no one picup the phone I am trying to close it so that i can apply a fresh one. It's a error in your server in uploading documents but if you are recieveling emails you should be able to close the previous loan and provide acknowledgement to the customer. This is the genuine feedback for your company.

I think it is really baad app i have completed every process they showed you are eligible they showed a loan limit. When i applied for then they ask for One Time Document processing fee After that they denied my application. Z2P - If you are not going to give any loan then don't fool people's because when they come to you it means they need it, and you are just playing whith Trust of people.

app is good but there are many problems like before providing the loan they as to deposite an amount of 200 on every loan but on the email they mention as its one time charge and it's not instant they take more then 48 hours to process the claim . and if you want to repay the amount then then you have to update on their website and it's takes time for the payment to get updated sorry but you need to improve a little bit ..
