Description
WCT Employee Application is a Digital Visitor Registration application an organization.
This application allows employee to manage its guests as well as this can be very helpful for godown and store while receiving and dispatching goods.
Each employee in an organization can allow the visitor who is waiting at reception as well as he can invite guests to meet him with a unique QR code and OTP.
Employee can also create meeting and invite other employees as well as other guests. Its QR code feature plays a key role for outsider guests.
Following are the some of its features which makes this application unique and places at higher level from other applications:
- Get real time notifications about your visitor's arrival
- Invite your guests by generating their unique QR code and OTP in advance.
- Manage your visits
- Capture Visitor's photo
- Allow visitors to self register and check in / out.
- Record accurate timings of visitor's check-in and out.
