Garbage!! Where's the option for zero Stars that's what I would give it. Always have had problems with this app laggy everything about it. Based on what I'm reading here in the developers don't want to update their app and get it moving along smoothly. Go figure

The software has always been painful to use, now it's impossible to use. Why am I forced to use "the cloud?" Why do my cameras have to go through their servers? It was bad enough that this camera use to send info to the company, but it looks like now they want every bit of data that they can collect. Maybe their effort to collect so much data is why their cameras no longer work. Also their tech support sucks. I'm so disgusted with this company.

Absolute misery and we are very tech savy. Anyone posting more than one star is sucking up to free offers for lousy cameras for doing so... By far...the wost app we've ever used for anything and now they want you to pay for their new paid cloud service version of what used to be bad but free. Now they want you to pay for even worse.

It used to work great! When you try to slew the camera it races all the way to the stop in the direction you want it to go, now it won't connect at all. It goes from CONNECTING to OFFLINE Back and forth.

Cameras are great, easy to set up, once you've read the instructions properly! Failure to do so makes it a lot harder than it is. As for the app, well, it used to be fine until the latest update. Runs run on my phone, and two other users phone's but now on my bedside tablet that I us was an alarm and monitor, it just flashes on and off when opening it. I've reset the tablet, cleared everything off it but now it just won't work, which is a real shame. Quick update. Does not work on Hudl, at all,!!!!

On the whole, the camera is good and does whats asked of it, however the software is basic and playback functionality is very poor. Unfortunately, the last update instead of improving on a major functional requirement of video playback has made it worse. You can no longer attempt to jump to a point in playback and have to instead watch the whole video...and if you want to view or listen to a particular point in the clip...tough, you'll need to watch it all again!

This app works good for viewing my Wansview camera. The setup was easy to connect my camera, BUT I've been trying to set up the SD card recording to only record when motion is detected...can't figure it out. The camera seems to record all the time, no matter what I do. I'm sure it's just not set up correctly (by me) but I just can't get it. There is an alarm setting and an SD card setting...I'll keep working with it.

Difficult to navigate app with settings spread all over and grammar problems throughout make text difficult to understand. But the biggest issue is you can't fast forward through video during playback. If you have 10 minute clips and you're looking for something at the end... you will have to watch all 10 minutes and just wait. You should be able to grab the dot on the timeline and drag it to start playing where you want (like every other media player in the known universe).

These cameras were great until the most recent update. Now they don't work on my samsung s9 unless I'm connected to the same wifi network as the cameras, which defeats the purpose of having the cameras in the first place. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the cameras and the app and it doesn't help. It just says "connecting"and "offline" constantly. You need to roll back this update.

So far this has been a really bad experience. the app crashes constantly and our camera disconnects or cannot connect more than half of the time. Customer service is also a joke. They say they are a small company and want to back their product in terms of quality but dont really solve any issues swiftly when it malfunctions. It seems thay everytime I really need to use the camera app for my daughters room, it doesn't work. Hence the one star review. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
