Total hot garbage!! Constantly just stops working. The camera says it went off line at a certain time. Happens at least once a week. I have to continually attempt to reset the camera. Now it says it's connected to the Wi-Fi however, the camera doesn't work anymore. The camera is roughly 2 months old. Ridiculous. Flaming hot trash, avoided all cost.

Worked just fine until recently, now it has a mind of it's own. The motion has become highly sensitive again, even on low and if you turn off the camera via the app, it still captures non motion. Then I turned off then motion detection as well and it still kept going. I literally had to unplug it from the power to make it stop. It is possessed it seems. Yay.

Camera itself is good, however the sharing option is not. Only one person has the autonomy to turn the camera on and off etc, the other persons can only look and get alerts. It would be good if an option was addes for the person who registered the Device to also designate people to have access to turning the camera on and off etc too. Getting alerts when people from the same household move around is quiet annoying.

Love my wansview cloud app and camara it has very clear images and I how u can set the sensitivity for the alerts unlike most other ones that alerts over every movement

Latest update removed playback feature...? No more replaying the footage stored on the mem card, the sole purpose of what the app is supposed to do - to get you to pay for cloud storage instead. Also the full footage is not even played back via app, need to constantly remove it from camera and replay it via a pc, using a card adaptor instead.

Drains too much battery while using the app and viewing the feeds. Phone also becomes too hot. Everything else is alright so far.

I pay to store my motion clips but most of the time they won't play back, just a white loading circle spinning on the screen... pointless. Emailed to say what was happening and told to download latest version of the app and still no change. Also when it does play back it drains my phone battery. There is also a lag sometimes when watching live feed.

Was great but last update to app on Android means I can't view my motion events which renders all three of my cameras useless..... Just found workaround. If I turn on message notifications I can see them again. However this means I get notifications for insects constantly through the night, hence I turned them off. Always worked with them turned off up till the last update. Please fix the android app!

The app not working it's been off and on for about a year they send something to fix then it goes out again need new camerasno one in there right mind is going to climb up a lot of to keep resetting these cameras They blame it on internet service Comcast ,comcast says it's not them it's the company cameras bad services don't buy !
