The worst experience ever My order was more than 1 hour late The driver was not coming to the location. After contacting them the driver stated that they completed the order but didnt arrive ever. And They dont respond to complaints.

Order ID 12967257 I was surprised when I received a call immediately after the delivery; was telling my wife that really good sevice. But the real surprise was when I opened the order. The order and received items where not the same. Instead of 25 SAR item this was about 10 or 12 SAR item. I believe they cut the delivery charge and changed my order to compensate the fees 😉. I have to go out and buy additional food because of this. Really bad. Experience. No way you can compliant on App.

There were missing items (1 box of tania bottled 330ml x 40 pcs. and 3 pieces Nunu wipes) that I ordered but not delivered. I was charged in my credit card with the amount of 197 SR plus 20 SR delivery charge equals: 217 SR but in the official receipt 160.87 SR only. I sent an email on the same day of delivery (April 16, 2020 but there was no response until this time of 19:43 April 17, 2020).
