Easy to use design, but it's slow to load no matter the internet speed and is missing some features (like ability to use camera to add coupon codes from mailed promos). Also, I have to log back in everytime I go to checkout and need to retype all mailed promo codes, plus the app's fingerprint login always gives and error when I try to use it so I have to manually type my password. I'd much rather use the online website.

I just tried to place an order through the app and it would not allow me to use a credit card or any other form of payment. the coupon code do not work for redeem in store and all of the cashiers have an attitude about it. When I state that it's not my app it's the app that you created There are some items that need to be fixed to make the app compete with other apps like Walmart or target.

major app issues. couldn't get codes to work, had to log in and out like 5 times. wouldn't let me select to pay with credit card, kept saying error when I selected the option so had to pay with Paypal. also just wouldn't load the page half the time. had to click on bra and refresh like 4 times to show me the page. needs work!

Really glitchy. Hasn't worked right in months. Won't let me log into my account. Frequently, I will only see white/blank screens. I don't know what happened, but its extremely frustrating. And is pushing me to shop elsewhere.

Would not allow me to use my debit card, would only allow VS card purchase. Kept saying opps something went wrong with any other selection. 3 stars for ease site shopping, though selection small. 1 star for check out.

The app is so slow and glitchy. Pages take a while to load, offers don't work, pages don't show. Same as the website. Both are terrible

I can view the items, but whenever I try to view my order status or just to look at my account..like (Trying to change my address) .. It won't stop refreshing, just over and over, it doesn't stop so I can't ever see the page.. Not sure what to do.. It didn't do that in the past, but these last few months it's awful. I thought mybe it would get fixed.. I've uninstalled the app, restarted my phone...? What to do.....

I've never had a problem with anything being shipped to my address before. Now all of a sudden I had to remove a shirt I was buying because it said that it couldn't be shipped to my address. It’s not a P.O. box or even an apartment, it's a house. The quality is getting worse anyways and it sucks that you can only use 2 offers with the app! I would just shop in the store, but the one in my area closed. At least they would let us use as many offers as we liked.

This app sucks, it's so buggy. The finger print sign in doesn't work, it never let's me log in to my account, never remembers my password, I'm always having to reset it. Update your app, I need it to pay of my credit card. That's never easy either. Really makes me want to forget about Victoria's secret.
