I purchased couple of tickets for a football game three hours before the start. The app cannot load the tickets because it "cannot verify email address". Wait time on the phone support is 56 minutes, the chat support is not responding for over 15 minutes. It turns out I could get the tickets on my laptop, so I'm going to the game, but if I can help it I'll not use this app (or this service) whenever's possible.

I purchased baseball tickets. It took several hours for acknowledgement and when it came to download, they would not open. I spent over an hour on the phone with customet service. I was hung up on and tried to reach chat to no avail. I had to purchase tickets at the venue. I tried to get a refund and cust. service did not have documentation of the 1st call. No refund was ever received. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! UNRESPONSIVE CUST SERVICE.

I bought a ticket and used this app, and thr ticket was never able to download because it required you to verify through your email, which I did several times, but every time the verification failed and I couldn't access the ticket. Spent $90 that I couldn't refund because they only allow refunds for cancelled events. The box office at the theater said that many people had issues with not being able to use vivid tickets that nights. I would never recommend buying tickets through this party.

Frustrating. Bad policies about rescheduled events. Difficult to resell and difficult to navigate. Now I had a simple question regarding my purchase, tried to use the chat. It made me enter a bunch of information, confirm the information, and in then told me they were too busy and I should send an email. Then Vivid Seats terminated the chat without any assistance or opportunity to respond. HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN! BTW, they never responded to my last email months ago.

I was a long time user, recently an event was listed incorrectly. The show wasn't postponed, the listing was just wrong. I work overseas and wanted to catch a show before leaving. I tried to get a refund since the actual date of the show was after I would of already been gone. Vivid seats said even though their listing was wrong, it was not their problem. I'm canceling my account and deleting the app.

This app is terrible. I purchased a ticket in the app, but it wasnt viewable in the app, nor was it delivered to my email. It was visible in the MLB Ballpark app. Because of that, I was not able to sell the ticket in Vivid Seats bc only physical ticket or PDF were listed as delivery options. For another game, I couldn't accessy tickets bc it said I needed to click a link in a verification email. When I clicked the link in the email, it said verification failed.

Horrible experience. Purchased a $90 parking ticket for a NFL game. Had to download the app to view the ticket. Download was easy but when attempting to view the ticket, impossible. Every attempt was a verification email to confirm it was me trying to view. When you click confirm on the verification email it cycles back to the app and says "Fail"...every time! Made numerous attempts to no avail. No customer service. Awful.

Quick to take money, but could never get any customer service support, when trying to get refund for event postponed 4 times over a 1 1/2 year timeframe. Attempted 3 times via app's e-mail form and never got a response. I called 3 times and had to wait over 40 minutes each call to get through, then got disconnected on 2 of them and on the 3rd when I asked to speak to service reps supervisor I was told no and disconnected. I then e-mailed CEO 3 time witn no response. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT.

Event was cancelled. They will give you a refund in own terms up to 30 days after. Can't chat because ChatBot won't find order. You wait to be refunded automatically like it says. However no refunds after 21 days, even though they have up to 30 to refund. Their refund is site credit. Great to use their terrible app to buy over priced resold tickets. Support not helpful. Just wanted my money back after I did all that was asked. Never received.

Both events that I bought my tickets through here have been really inconvenient. Accessing the tickets on the day of the event have been hard to obtain and the constant errors verifying my email gives me such anxiety. What's the point of having digital access to your tickets if they are hard to get for your event?
