Using it with a personal scale. It works. Would be nice if the sync with Google fit goes both ways. Currently it gets data from Google fit, but it doesn't sync in the other direction. Also, focus seems to be on the last measurement instead of on progress over time. The dash only shows last measurement and the graph view defaults to a range of a week. Obsessing over weight in such short time range is far from healthy, so I don't get why that would be the default.

Check your android version before applying the latest update! This app worked fine until just recently. This latest version now refuses to load on my admittedly older Android phone. So until I get a newer phone I am stuck with manually recording my blood pressure results! It would have been better for the app to refuse to update and give a warning when the android version is too old!

The app does not let you try out its features without sharing your vital information with Medisana. It would have been nicer if the app let me use features for 14 days without sharing my vital information. I propose 14 days, in parallel to the 14-day cooling off period (bedenktijd in the Netherlands), so the consumer can fully experience the product before deciding whether to keep or return it. In my case, I was not allowed to evaluate the product features without sharing my vital information. Therefore I returned the product.

Not sure why after 1 week of using it, i cannot connect trough the app and after i reset my password and create another account again (because conecting via gmail is not possible anymore) they said that they block my IP. Well, nice... I had high hopes with this tool, is all i ever wish to have in the house. Don't understand why selling a feature if is completely useless?

The app was working fine. But since last week, the data does not match to what it shows in the scale. When I weigh, the scale says 66.5 and the app then records 65.8. This needs to be fixed

Not horrible user experience, but gamification is annoying for this type of app. Also that it shows the last measurement and not a history with trend chart on startup is annoying.

As extra comment : why does the app keep giving me data before the equipment was bought. .it presents me data from 2010. Delete that information... And yet. Everytine it pops up again... This app is completely useless .. in so many ways 😖

Connectivity (bluetooth) rating: 5 stars. No issues there what so ever. Sync from Google Fit: also no issues. How ever... From a security perspective, why does it need location data? 0 of 5 stars there as no info is given on the issue. It does not sync TO Google Fit - 0 of 5 stars for that. Information sharing is key these days. If the app was just as good or better than GoogleFit one could've used it - but it's far from a good app. The app it self has a somewhat modern feel, but managed to feel like early 2000 at the same time. If you like to register your weight in the app, the app has to be opened before stepping on. Why not do as everyone else and connect normally? Improvements that would make this a lot better; - Sync both ways with GoogleFit (and maybe add Samsung Health) - that would earn at least one star, if not more. - Change bluetooth connectivity, in that you don't _have_ to open the app to sync. I know tha latest might require new firmware and could be a challenge on already made devices, but new ones? That would also be at least one star...

App can only sync when the location service is turned on. It says it needs it in order to connect with Bluetooth, which is nonsense of course. I will return the device because of this.

Bluetooth connection with my blood pressure apparatus is most of the time lost...need to restart the app or manually add the readings.🙄
