Regularly cannot find sites even when Google maps says you are at a site, very frustrating when all I want to do is check in, half the sites no longer have checking books, ridiculous system Woolworth. And why does the app need permission to know where I am all the time? I just leave site if the stupid system can't locate the site and staff refuse manual checking, put in job notes denied access due to faulty checking system, colleagues do the same, sick of it, so who's missing out Woolworths?

I dont recommend it, not that it matters, what choice do merchandisers have?! I tell you, I logout of it on my last day of work for the week, NO EXCEPTIONS. Yet today when I switched on the tablet I got a message telling me that the app has been tracking my location for 3 days! This thing was signed out, its always pushing you to allow locations ALL THE TIME, but assures you this is only while your working/signed in. NOT SO. Honestly, what does this thing need to be tracking my whereabouts on my days off? This is a GROSS invasion of privacy, NOT ON WOOLIES, FIX THIS.

So they deleted my first review, That tells you enough about this app. Can't login to app, It keeps telling me there is no internet connection. Wouldn't recommend this app to anyone, But unfortunately i have to try and get it working foŕ my job, Or no more job. FIX THE PROBLEM IDIOTS.

True about the Location needing to be always on, but i Deny if after i have logged out of Woolies. Sure beats waiting to sign in, though waiting for a Visitor Sticker can be just as painstaking sometimes. All good.

Seems like a step in the right direction but the fact it requires location permission 'always' is a massive turn off for me. Newer versions of Android allow us prevent apps from accessing our location when we're not using the app so I don't see why it's required to be always on. I checked into a site at about 2:30pm yesterday and left site at about 3pm. I received a notification at 1am today saying that the app received my location, which seems totally unnecessary to me. Besides the privacy issues, as a field tech, having yet another app running in the background, draining our battery, is another misgiving I have about this app.

Consistently does not find the store that you are trying to sign in to, which when signing into a number of stores per day is a very big loss of time. Also not sure why the app needs to have access and permission to location at all times as opposed to only while the app is in use.

The location requirement is rubbish. As others have said, allowing location details permanently is not on. It shouldn't even need location access, just have the user type in to a store ID and done. Removing app until this is fixed. Another downfall of this stupid gps location system is that the 2nd store I attempted (at basement of shopping centre) had no mobile reception nor GPS making the app useless.

I don't understand why this app requires the Location permission to be set to "Allowed all the time" when the "Allow only while using app" permission is sufficient for most other visitor check-in apps? Please address this security issue in the next update. Otherwise, our staff will have to install and then uninstall the app from their MDM devices everytime they visit a worksite.

Connection issues when you're literally inside the store, and google maps has your pinpoint dead on, it can't find any stores, and to make it worse, it's tracking me 24/7 anyway and still can't work out that I'm at a Store, and have been for 10 mins walking around like a moron trying to get it to locate it?

Works as it should, but a requirement of the app is that is has access to location all the time. It's ridiculous to need to know my location when I'm not conducting a Woolworths visit.
