App itself if quite ok. Main problem is that it doesn't work when your internet is finished so you can't top up. In my opinion it should work no matter what so one cane top up and upgrade packages

App works well, no problems. I'd like to see some new usability improvements. E.g I always buy the same packages for my kids - I wish I could buy them with less clicks.

I really liked this app when I was using the prepaid plan. After switching to postpaid I realised some issues that were demanding more time for simple app interactions like payment. To the Android team of this app: 1. Please make sure postpaid users can pay invoices in the app - by taking them to BLIK, credit card, PayPal and other options. Automated process where amount is pre-set and you have to click Pay button. I now have to use my laptop to pay for invoices, enter your bank account, enter invoice number and find it inconvenient with all website logins for bank accounts. Mobile payments are much faster, please make it happen. 2. Even if I want to pay on mobile I can't because I can't download the invoice to copy the invoice number. Copying just account number (like you have it now) is not a great user experience. That's why it's probably best to do it like mentioned above. Error when downloading invoice: Cannot generate invoice. I hope someone replies here and this gets fixed soon. I'll review my rating for sure!

Garbage: - cannot buy additional internet packages - cannot follow history of calls - it is impossible to receive MMS - can't see my calls Improve it!

Some functions don't work unless I restart the app (e.g. buying an internet packet twice in a row). It also doesn't update mobile data usage when the app gains focus. And sometimes it has infinite loading.

Very confusing dash board, not clear how many data left. Everything is made to make more difficult to get better offer like better prices, lots of hussle to find it. Moreother the signal is weak, very poor transfer with Virgin, checked in several locations. Never got 4G speed, max you can get is 24 Kb/s. Not worth your money.

The application doesn't keep track of the previous plans used. The latency of the cash update allowing plan renewing it's large enough to be quite irritating.

Better payment confirmation would be great. If I mistakenly press the buy button twice I ordering the same service two times. Rest is ok.

Why would a a service provider limit their client's purchasing? It can only be the decision of a fool. Internet at 1zł per gig after your perliminary plan purchase, with no option to buy in bulk, even if you're rich!... A company that basically restricts the amount of money it is allowed to make!

The back button shouldn't exit the app if we are in side options panel, but go back to the main window first.
