They used to be good but not anymore. It was a terrible experience with Virgin Mobile. Their App nor Website works with my existing number. Everytime I visit their website or app they want me to take a new number. Also they told that they are working on it to but damn man it's been months, when are you going to fix it??? I can't even receive messages from certain foreign numbers because they keep blocking it. Even complaining doesn't help.

Data roaming availble for Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar only. That's bad. If you want good reputation then think globally. No wonder many including me are going to stop paying to this Virgin or Friendi. You can't even ask for sim replacement. Horrible service. Rate you with minus star.

The app asks me to scan the barcode. When I do and submit it, it says the number should be less than 10! Also when I type my mobile number, it says "SIM is not associated. Please try with another SIM." I shouldn't have bought Virgin Mobile.

This has to be some sort of a joke. Setting up my account they ask to scan the barcode in my SIM package which is 10+ digits. They scan correctly and when pressing next they say "put a 10 digit number"! THERE ISN'T A 10 DIGIT ONE! Also, trying to login with my phone number only shows "unexpected glitch"...

I dont like virgin before 100sr 50gb + free 5gb. And now my 100sr for only 25gb👎👎👎 this is really worst ever. Thats why i buy virgin because its really good and now. I dont like it anymore.
