User friendly and easy to navigate UI makes this app the best yet among other such interfaces created by insurance companies. The best part is you can submit a Claim Intimation via this app instead of waiting to get through to a live person via the IVR. Likewise you can also track the updates to your claim via the app instead of running around from the Billing counter in a hospital to their dedicated TPA Desk to check the status of the claim and going through the authorization process.

Loads of errors. Parsing error, connection timed out, etc. It's as waste as the website.

Worst app.. the moment you require any feature, it's not working at all. 1) not able to see reimbursement list 2) unable to do claim intimation. 3) server errors on some of the other features. 4) Sometimes keep on crashing.
