TFL SelfCare app is for Telecom Fiji customers to:
- manage their TFL/Connect account using their android smartphone (view services, bills, trouble tickets, etc.)
- receive notification and alerts
- view current promotions/advertisements by Telecom Fiji Limited
- view customer service locations, hotspot locations, and roadshow locations on Google map
- lodge complaints/enquiries
- and more to come...
Please note, you will need to create a TFL SelfCare account for yourself before you can log into this app. Your Connect username and password cannot be used to log into this app.
