Great idea, but the app itself needs improving. The owners/developers/UI must edit some of the categories of clothes which are missing (eg. Long sleeve top in the kids category obviously should be there) or which repeat. The app also sometimes crashes when you add items. Minor improvements will make a huge difference.

The app itself is well designed, and easy to use. The problem is the sellers who send (or forgot to send) your package after around 4 days or 5, which means you need to wait a whole week or more just to get your package. In the most cases sellers don't ship the package, and it results with your lost time spend on the app.

I sold my product, but I couldn't get back the money, that I spent for sending the package. When I try to contact customer service, shows "unexpected error", so I can't even ask anybody to bring my money back. I don't recommend that app.

Too often the app crushes while adding an item. Instead of saving it, the loader shows up forever and the draft of the ad is not being saved so I have to add an item all over again. And sometimes it doesn't accept a price change even though I'm using numbers only. Also, when I try to give discount but the other person can't finish the transaction e.g. due to lack of funds in the wallet, I am unable to regive the discount to let her finish transaction

Watch out for this app! Customer service is not present (Claims to be responsive in 48h). I have sent my items month ago - lost my money, no answer. Also somebody seams to work there: my add in which I invested money in was taken down, no refund. Reason: photos are not mine (of course they're mine, just well made, not my fault you can't spot the difference). Again - money lost. AVOID!

I can't use it after logging in There's a new screen poping up with phone number double step verification. I can't use the app i can just log off and log back in or read the terms about double step verification or ask vinted support for help, but they do not reply back, you just recive a automatic respond. Plz fix this issue I'll change my rate then
