Generally good, but needs improvement. App doesn't give option to use biometric login as in the iOS version. Doesn't recognise that Gmail is the default mail app on Android and gives error message of "email app not installed" for feedback. Needs ability to upload PDF receipts for Snap and Send. Ridiculous that it needs to be printed and uploaded.

One star down from previous review. It doesn't accept files (pdf or jpg...) When submitting your claim. Ridiculous. Update: it doesn't allow to set up biometric login, it crashes. Also not possible to send feedback because "there's no messenger app in the device". I swear, terrible design

The login flow needs some improvement. When I'm in the app waiting for the online doctor and the app sends a notification to click the Join button and I tap on the notification, I get logged out and have to enter the pin again. Also, the "Send in-app feedback" function does not work, it says "No Email Account or Application found There is no email account or application installed on this device."

The app is obviously poorly made. When signing in, all progress is reset if you switch to a different app, so you have to start over and wait for yet another SMS. It won't let you use a camera unless you give access to local media files. After creating claims, valuable info from photos is cropped away. I have to HOPE that they were actually uploaded in full without any cropping, because there's no way to confirm this.

Excellent experience. That was before! The new look doesn’t seem to provide any way to look at my profile - current medications etc. I have been up and down all the menus to no avail. If I have to input all my information again I will be a very dissatisfied customer. Please tell me how to access my profile. Thank you.

App has works wonders so far, now that I tried to update it because otherwise I can't log in the app and sort out what I need, the app itself doesn't let me to update. That's the reason for the 3 stars :(

Can't login. Server unavailable but I can use website. Pin reset not working. Biometrics not working. Useless. Update: cleared cache & data. Was then able to log in & use biometrics

Difficult to set up at the beginning as it could not connect yo servers and then was down for maintenance. but great once that was all done.
