Vanaf nu bieden we onze nieuwste mindfulness oefeningen aan in twee verschillende stemmen: een mannen- én een vrouwenstem. Goed om te weten: deze nieuwe keuzeoptie geldt op dit moment alleen voor onze allernieuwste oefeningen. Je herkent deze oefeningen heel gemakkelijk aan het groene label. Al onze vertrouwde, bestaande oefeningen behouden gewoon de stemmen die je al van ons gewend bent.
