Works ok, but it would be awesome if the app would send a notification when there's something to verify.

Easy and reliable to use. Used to take a couple tries if the user was too quick (stuck waiting on the HB website?), but now seems to be working. Sometimes fails to accept PIN despite repeated meticulous input. Large buttons easy to spy on, but at least the code is five digits (maybe let users choose between 5 and 12 so length isn't known?).

Unfortunately the app crashes from time to time and it lacks modern technology like fingerprint verification option. Better than nothing but not as advanced compared to Nordea for example. Keep the development going!

Sormenjälkitunnistus puuttuu vieläkin, vaikka ohjeiden mukaan pitäisi mukamas olla. Vaan eipä löydy. Edit: nyt on jo sormenjälkitunnistusta. Välillä vaan palveluntarjoajan nimi jää epäselväksi koska näkyy tunnistuksen tarjoajan nimi eikä itse palvelun nimeä, esim Kanta.fi näkyy OP tunnistautumisessa.

verkkopankkiin kirjautuminen on uskomattoman vaikeaa, appista pitää manuaalisesti vaihtaa juuri oikeassa kohdassa. sovellus myös herjaa väärää pin koodia usein vaikka koodi on varmasti annettu oikein. todella tuskastuttava käyttää.
