As much as I love the app and the bank, there are a few things I will greatly appreciate if they can work on, not all ATM's takes the V card, I don't use the card if I am not in lekki, because there's only one particular ATM that only takes the card,others that I have tried so far either reject or asked me to contact my service provider, secondly it does the same thing on POS, anytime I purchase stuffs and trying to pay with my card it sometimes declines severally before going through.

The very worse app i have come across in a while. I have been trying to register for two days now. First was the picture problem then i couldn't even link my bvn. Its an online bank, registration should be the easiest thing ever. But apparently its the biggest problem of the app

Good bank. I like the free and fast transfer. But I have few things I would like your team to improve on. The Splash screen takes forever to load. Secondly, I don't like your credit or debit alert, it doesn't show if it is credit or debit. Also I don't like the idea of you removing fail transaction from the history on the app. Finally, generating bank statements shouldn't b conditional, I can't generate statement for my joint account. I was told it has to be upto 30 days before I can generate.

The user interface is dynamic and simple, thereby creating a friendly enviroment for easy navigation and operations.I will give it 5 stars again and again. Welldone VFD. Kindly improve on reversal of declined transactions. It takes forever to happen and with constant follow up. It should be less than 24 hours if not instant.

The app working fine, until 2days ago, when I was trying to recharge my phone with Glo and Airtel Data, but all it displayed was None available. I can't even select Data option I need, so annoying and frustrating, I contacted their customer service, all they told me several times was to be patient and restart my phone, although I did that, but was still the same. I guess that's an excuse to get ride of the complain in no time. I hope I never use this apps from the start

The app is functioning perfectly good for me except on the issue of transactions history. Improve more on the transactions history to the extent that one can access the history for about months or years back and as well get its receipt for such. Also, make your loan facility accessible and convenient for your customers by reducing the interest rate. Good to go with VFD from my side Thanks.

Terrible. They hardly refund money that's dispensed in error, if you do a third party transaction and you are debited, if the transaction wasnt credited on the other account, it will take over a month to get a reversal. And if you complain, you will spend money on long calls till you become frustrated, lose airtime, yet only after 1 month will your funds be reversed. Today 7th October 2021, I edit this review to still affirm that this observation hasn't changed, VBANK does not refund ur money

The app isn't so bad. My only problem with it is that; since I purchased the virtual card I haven't been able to use it. It's been months, very soon it will be a year, and yet the virtual card doesn't work.

When will V bank modify this App? It takes time for the App to open and while is doing that the phone will just hang, one just need to be patient sometimes it take close to an hour. This thing can be very annoying. Imagine someone in a hurry and has only 5 minutes to complete a transaction ends up 40/45 minutes. Another issue is either your bank is not listed on the USSD platform or few banks are aware of your bank. When you give them to transfer they will tell it is not found.
