Perhaps the most bugged app as well as most bugged portal for a purpose! In this era, the app is still outdated due to lack of payment updates in the app! And they say its for working execs who are on the go and dont have much time to spare! The web portal has serious callous bugs. And the thousand of emails they send you, at the last hour! No systematic process here! Money paid is money wasted! Very unpleasant experience here! Overhyped beyond imagination with so much paid promotion!

Edit- I am almost halfway through the course now, and the content & teaching is good. However, the app is literally useless after the recent update. You cannot watch the videos on their video player, which won't let you proceed. Even troubleshooting doesn't help. Old- Had a terrible experience with the support for my course commencement. My course started a month late because of that. But the app is pretty good and I'm looking forward to completing my course now.

I opted for Digital marketing course, the course is good cause it's formulated by the colleges but, mark my words here, UpGrad team isn't reliable. The UpGrad buddy won't pick up calls or reply to messages, they are who are assigned to help you throughout the course. Donn't fall for the scholarship trick they use. The amount was to be credited in my account in a month after registering but I haven't received it yet. It's the last month of my course. They are playing "please mail to this id" game

This app is Highly frustrating!! You will learn a course using whole lot of your energy and you never knew when will this app increase your progress Percentage. And remember only after completing your progress Percentage you will get your certificate whether it is paid or free. I have completed my course but still it's still the progress is only 49%. I have been complaining this often but no one is responding properly

I took some of the courses to upgrade myself the classes were good and the visual environment they provide is quite satisfying but the problem arises when you complete the course they will ask you to confirm the email ID but it's of no use because they are not going to provide you any certificate you will not get any evidence that you have completed the course.
