It's really pay to win. Like pretty unbearably pay to win. You can progress without spending 75$ dollars on gems (the main currency) but it's really tedious and irritating. There is a lot of customization and users interactions but you won't be getting very far in PvP unless you spend s ridiculous amount of money to get good gear. So I like it but unless you have money to spend I wouldn't really recommend. But I have made quite a few friends so there's that one specific thing, I suppose.

I gotta say this game has really improved itself, quests give you gear that can truly help you even as a intermediate player. Rng rates are good, though payments is an option it's not p2w. Gems are guaranteed and you don't have to play the quests over and over again (that was a nightmare) and the beginner spawns also help out a bunch too. Gameplay is good and is rewarding, still has a few crashes though most can be solved by restarting the game. Overall pretty great I love the improvement.

It's a fun game, that is until you get to the point where it's near impossible to progress and certain quests are legitimately impossible to complete unless you and 4 other users drop at minimum $1,000 to get the gear you need to be powerful enough to survive and beat the quest in time. And at that point, you probably wouldn't even need to defeat the quest. Make the later quests easier and/or gear score recommendations more accurate. (Trust me, it's literally impossible where it's currently at).

I really like this game. It has come a long way. I've been playing for 6 yrs now, nearly since the beginning. I'm a F2P player and while there are many whales in this game you can truly advance without spending. They have become much MUCH better at giving free gems and upgrading your character and gear is pretty easy. I'm glad I've stuck with them. My only cons are that the matching system for guild battles suck, rec gs for quests is too low and you can't change skintone.

I've been playing for 5 years, and this game is very dear to my heart but honestly now it's just pay to win. My login streak is like 500+ and all I get is 1 gem every 5 days. That is very stingy in my opinion. Oh, and the fact that you guys changed the quest makes it even worst, it's terrible for f2ps bc they'd barely get any gems. The RNG sucks too. And the fact that you guys replaced the quests with terrible gear is just so BAD for f2ps and new players. Stop being mad stingy.

This Game is Good... Only for the 1st Month Or So, they have added too many things for new players to get at the beginning, which can lead to actual issues a couple days in, Since gems are so scarce, most people P2W, which for this game, its basically needed at this point, sure getting free Stuff at the beginning is useful, but not later in the game, which is why this game is like a drought, and there is currently no rain for it to get better as is. Really sad for the direction for the game.....

Please bring back quest with friends in Main Quest. I finally managed to snag my friend to play this game with me, only to be disappointed that we can't even do the main quests together. He only managed to play four days 😭😭 the events are too difficult for starting players so we can't even play that... please bring quest with friends back to Main Quest!

Can't redeem play points for coupons in Unison League anymore!! Why?? I've spent good bit to save my points for coupons in this game! Bring it back! Worthless. I love this game, been playing almost 6 years. But gems are hard to farm without spending money once you've been playing for so long. So hard to keep up with the whales. Rates in spawns are horrible unless it's guaranteed, even then it takes 200+ gems.

The game is okay it's been fun playing this game for 4 years, but the biggest caveat is that this game is paid to win period. If you are free to play I wish you the best of luck. You can find all the reviews about why it's so paid to win and about other stuff, but my experience is different from everyone else's. So to me it's okay it's not good, but it's not bad neither just okay.

Fun if you pay, but awful for the new free to play players. You cannot get anything good due to the terrible RNGs and how much spawns cost. The quests and logins hardly give any gems (like 1-2 gems/ 30 shards in general) for the spawns, since you need a least 200+ gems for at least one good item. New gear is okay but they're not good for any PVP related modes. Its only good for event quests and normal campaign quests. ALSO, new events are ridiculously difficult.
