From an IT support perspective. This app is absolutely trash. 1. End users constantly getting log off. 2. Pick up incoming call then drops immediately. (Fix: End user has to reboot their cell phone and relog UC-One app) 3. Call only ring once across desk phone, soft phone platforms. (Fix: End users has to relog UC-One app) 4. Transferring, put someone on hold sometimes crash the app. 5. This app will cause bugs and issues if it is logged in on multiple devices. Do not attempt to do so. Nightmare to support this app. Stay away.

Works well if configured by your provider well on the backend. Cisco provides enough information for this, but some don't do it right anyway. No issues for me.

I'm constantly having to reinstall the app, login failed, random errors, won't call out, won't receive calls, the dial pad is missing, each and every function of this app breaks down. If I didn't need this for work, I would not put up with it. It's a great concept, and could be an incredible asset. The execution is lacking. It's infuriating.

After using this app to work from home for over a month, the biggest issues are: dialpad randomly disappears - have to uninstall and reinstall appto fix, and EVERY TIME I answer a call, I have to answer, pause, then take off pause to hear the caller. App works best when connected to wifi, but even then the call breaks up. Callers constantly complain that they have trouble hearing me when im on my home wifi with a strong signal. Maybe this app works better with an iPhone than my new Android

Terrible app! Constantly drops calls or won't allow me to answer the call. Most times I have to reboot my phone and sign out and then back into the app just to take one call. It will start right back with the problems on the next incoming call. Also the call quality is garbage.

The app crashes, it logs you out without you knowing, log-in errors so you can't log back in. I3 broadband should be ashamed to use such a poor app. Long-term service commitment with i3 broadband is doubtful when it utilizes an app that directly affects my business negatively.

It surely does not work on android phones (it does work on iPhones). two of my co-workers and I installed the app. After entering the credentials to log into the portal we get a blank screen. We can log into the portal via the desktop application.

Had to install it since we've switched to telecommuting but it constantly freezes, drops calls or doesn't connect when I pick up. I have to repeatedly reinstall it or close out of it and restart it. Terrible app

In the beginning the app was not very good. Now I have no issues. The connection is great, voicemail works perfect, conference calls are good, all the widgets work well. I have an android phone.

Seems to discriminate and will not connect to certain phone numbers. The rooms are no more useful than the awkward manner in which to conference calls. I'm forced to use it but hope others are spared the pain.
