Every time I try to log in, I get an error message: Something went wrong, please try again later. I have changed my password 4 times, it accepts it but still won't let me in! Worst app ever!!

Horrible design. Could not get the care that I wanted. I tried scheduling a virtual visit through my mother's account, and it would not show other dependents (when I tried to add new family member, said I already was in the system). It suggested I make a new account, but when i tried, it said an account already existed. But even using the "recover username" option said that there was no account for my email or username. In the end, got so fed up that I gave up on the virtual visit.

"This app only works on unmodified versions of android". Won't let me sign in. What does this mean? I have a One Plus 6T running Android 11. How else do I participate in RenewActive programs?

It is next to impossible to search care in first attempt. The information is incorrect - you may look up a provider based on an address and it would turn out that they do not serve that branch. It hides other relevant providers on the map and is extremely slow on refresh. It will also not show the registered facility name for the provider.

Love this insurance coverage! I've always paid a co-pay on all my medications but when I refilled my last prescription there wasn't a co-pay charge!! I was very surprised because I had my wallet opened and ready to pay a co- pay but there was none !! I'm very pleased with United health care insurance.

Great insurance. Been with them for years. Easy to change plans as circumstances change. Duo plan a little difficult to use, not all drs accept. Choices, great plan but pricier/higher costs.

Finding a provider on the website, on the app, it's incorrect I go or list 30 providers with the same address so you haft to skip pages the entire find a provider website and app should be taken down until it's the correct i go exct. Calling to find a provider they will give you a few numbers but there info is wrong also they telle there's only so meny in a certain zip code but I've known of places or two to go to that the insurance phone number website and app don't even show few very OUTDATED

Since directed to switch to this app I haven't been able to log in. All attempts result with a message: "We're sorry something went wrong. Please try again later."

One of the worst apps I ever used. Forces me to type my password every time and then ALSO use my fingerprint identification to get signed iņ. Sync activity always get success result but NEVER SHOWS any updated steps on Renew Rewards. Using latest Samsung S10E and latest Android updates.
