The app is showing wrong (too long) path to the destination. Thatʼs why charging more money. It seems like, it is trying to avoid traffic jams but it is doing the job improperly because NO traffic jams exist on the route that the app is avoiding!!!

The fares are so expensive since the last 2 year. it's not worth using now. despite drivers areavailable they still keep the app busy and show fares in purple mode to get as much money as possible. they are charging now 7 lari even if u wnat to go for 0.5 km .

Incorrect wait times always especially when roads are busy. Changed the wait time 5 times and I had to wait for 25 minutes when it initially showed 7 minutes.

The problem with this app is that if the place you need to go doesn't suit the driver, (like to an area where they can't quickly pick up another fare) they'll just turn down the ride and you'll just stand there watching in the app as taxi after taxi turns you down. And yandex taxi has killed the competition so good luck finding a regular taxi. App itself is OK.

The fares are too high for this app, just for 1km I had to pay 1300 kzt. That's so much costly. Better to use other taxi apps

Do not use Yandex taxi in Georgia. I order a car it said 20 minutes wait, so I started waiting. After 10 minutes I decided to check the status of the car to find out that "Ride is Complete" and funds are charged. So I contacted support. They did not help what so ever. Sending me the same automated answers. Then I contacted the driver he said he is not working. Then I contacted the firm that provides cars they do not answer the phone. In short this is completely unacceptable, I rate you 0.

I have been using the service for a couple of years, and it is not improving, nor was it intending to. I use taxi a lot everyday. I have stopped using Economy rides long time ago as the percentage of absolutely horrible drivers there is high, but Comfort class cabs are beginning to devolve as well. My drivers fought in the middle of the road, harassed me and endangered my life more than it should happen to anyone. And the support waives responsibility as hard as they can. And it's not cheap.
