Several times now, I'm stuck at the cashier desk with a non-working app. App unlocks just fine, all functions may be accessed, *except* enabling the Beacon or QR Code payment mode (clicking on either button just does nothing). I have stricly no patience for non-working digital gadgets, especially more so when they become a source of embarassement. Fix it or I'll dump it!

This app vibrates on literally any click or swipe. Barely usable like this and will drive you mad. Changing app settings does not affect this at all. If you rapidly click random buttons it will freak out and vibrate in bursts until it has caught up with the number of clicks.

I might be doing something wrong, but the app doesn't seem to work. I try signing in and it keeps telling me: "An error has occurred (error code 15)" and I am stuck at that. Would love to use the app but I am unable to.

Error 15 keeps showing up, customer service useless, not able to resolve the problem after several calls

The immediate top-up from connected bank feature is a really useful update! Easy to use and so useful, essential app

a 6 digit pin is insufficient. i want to use a good password. also requesting easily a new one via Mail is a security risk

I can't even register. It says error 15 all the time.

This is so behind modern solutions like Revolut or Wise. No way to top up account by debit card, credit card or PostFinance card. The most popular payment method - cards - does not exist here. Really? For reminders and proofs I need to make screenshots but the app blocks it. Probably some pseudo-specialist thought it is to increase security... Making screenshots is a customers right, not your business. Not possible to top up - shows "pkapp_blabla_long_message"

Does not let me log in, error code 15.

You still need Swiss bank account to credit your account.. the other option of buying credit from coop or post, well they don't work on holidays or in the evening... the easiest would be let people topup using credit card or PayPal, which is what the other parking apps are doing...
