Not a good feeling from this company, firstly, as others have mentioned, why do you need users card details INCLUDING THE 3 DIGIT SECURITY CODE to open an account? I did continue last night but after creating an account I was then FORCED to change the password I had setup 5 minutes previously? So I used the SAME PASSWORD, which was accepted?!! Firstly asking for such sensitive information to just open an account is just not on, secondly I feel the security is a huge issue. Deleted card and app.

Why can't I just use the website like every other shopping site in the world - and instead have to clutter my phone with some dedicated app.

Someone needs to go back to basics. The app should let you buy lots of Natoora stuff - for delivery - simply and easily. If you can do that without it freezing and crashing I'd be shocked. Its far from intuitive. Some one has let the design, content and engineering team go mental and in the process the whole reason your customers want use the app is forgotten. I've given up twice now. Such a shame. Its one of the most frustrating apps I've ever used. Bad for your brand and business.

Why do I have to enter payment details to register an account? Tried to set up an account to consider buying some things and it won't let me unless I enter my card number, expiry date and security code! I refuse to enter my card details before I've decided I want to buy something, that's not right.

Sadly been trying to put an order through for roughly 2 weeks and cannot find a customer service number to call to put an order through. I cannot put any more than 3 items in my basket and whenever I add a new item, it gets replaced with the item I already placed in my basket, always only being able to have 3 items. The app is also incredibly slow and buggy. I've bought Natoora products before so had really high hopes that I could bypass the supermarkets by using their own app.

One of the worst app experiences I've ever had. Slow, buggy, to the point it's unusable. The produce looks amazing and unique, but having tried so many times just to put an order together and the app failing at every step, I'm giving up. Disappointing.

I am about to receive my first delivery so will update soon my review about the actual products. However I have just to report an issue within the app. Since the last update my basket says there's poor connection so the changes I made to it cannot be done. It's probably a bug cause my connection is stable on mobile network and on WiFi as well.Since I removed some items and added others I just don't want to receive unwanted products.UPDATE: got many deliveries now and the app improved massively!

This does everything I'd look for in an app for ordering delicious fruit and vegetables, which, to be fair, isn't that much. Natoora have by far the best produce I've ever acquired in London and deserve huge kudos for pivoting their business in two weeks at the beginning of lockdown.

I am very disappointed, I used the app a few days ago, and I got the delivery 2 days ago. I have been so disappointed under so many way. They main reason why I wanted to order these PRICY ingredients is to avoid physical contact and the risk of getting infected. The app promotes that they do safe delivery(during COVID crisis) so on and so forth, well THAT IS NOT TRUE. The delivery man (thank you for your service) did not have any DPI (no mask nor any other DPI). the fruit and vegetables were open air, anyone on the way of the delivery could have touched or sneezed on it. I left the delivery 24 hours in a safe place and the tomato was already starting to get moldy. 80 pounds thrown away. SOOO DISAPPOINTED.
