Good interface and promising. However, updating your personal details is not available real time, it takes 3 to 5 days. You need to contact the CC, send your IDs multiple times and follow up. Never had this kind of experience with any of my online banks or digital wallets. They already called me 3 or 4 times I guess and my request is not yet resolved. I'm the accountholder and I'm the real owner of the ID I sent, so I don't get the logic of their account security procedures.

My favorite feature is the group stash, though just today we found a bug. The total amount is correct but the Individual amount is not. Already reported and contacted support. I am not sure if this is just an isolated case or other users are experiencing this also. Hopefully they will prioritize the issue and get it fixed soonest. This makes me anxious thinking where did my money go?

Edited review: Very awesome experience. I reported an issue re my virtual debit card that I can't use via the DITO App to topped up my account. The restrictions was removed and I really appreciate the rep "Mark" who called me to check if my virtual card is working. I have never been treated by any digital banks or traditional banks like this. This is the real and only digital bank. I have never encountered any such big issues. Kudos Tonik!

Visuals, UI/UX are good but the ID verification process is such a pain in the a**. According to CS, ID Verification only works during banking days but it is not defined in the app, nor in their website. I have high hopes that digital banking will somehow simplify this process but I am disappointed that this bank didn't met my expectations.

This app sucks. Always technicsl issues!!! HOW CAN U TRUST A DIGITAL BANK WHO IS NOT EVEN ABLE TO ENSURE 24 HOUR ACCESS!!! 2. THEY ARE RASIST BECAUSE THEY DONT ACCEPT FOREIGNERS ( EVEN IF THEY ARE PERMANENT RESIDENTS!!!)😡😡😡 ( But the owner of the bank is a foreigner!!! HOW SARCASTIC IS THAT!!)

First of all, I think the app is promising and cute. I love the features too. The problem is after a few successful transactions, all my subscriptions and online purchases are getting blocked and declined. Customer service sucks they don't know what it is nor they have any suggestions or troubleshooting to resolve it. The sole purpose of me using this digital bank is to have an effortless experience in making an online purchase and it failed. I will take my business elsewhere.

System seems having a delay in transferring fund from outside source like banks or gcash. It takes time to appear in the current balance. Is it expected behavior? If yes i think this should be improve

I edited my review because I encountered some issues. 1. Topping up in BPI lately is so slow (it wastes some of my time). 2. Money is already deducted in my bank account but not yet reflected in Tonik.

I love the app the first few days of using it but after some time, I can see the latency in navigating through the app which is what other users are noticing. I like using Tonik but I wish that it would run smoothly since the entire banking system works online.
