Kind of dumb that the referral code MUST be entered during registration. I have already registered and asked the customer service how can I enter the referral code, and he said there's no way to do it. After that I asked if I can delete and reopen the account. He said yes, and sent me the instructions along with the T&C. I saw that if I delete my account, the referral code will not be effective anymore. He said I can enter the code but it won't be effective. THEN WHATS THE POINT?!

Be aware that the promotion for commission fee is not totally free as there is a platform fee. The free apple share can be sold at anytime but can only be withdrawn after 10 trades. When trading with commission free card be aware that the system need show its commission free before trading. It will take an hour before the commission card is activated. Even if you place an order a few hours before the market opens.

App functions are decent but will sap battery like crazy as it runs fully in the background. Can only be stopped via system force shutdown. Customer service is terrible, they won't bother replying u after emailing them even as a new customer. Once you're in, you are not worth their time.

Compared to competitor's app, this one is poor. Often webpage are not available or accessible, need to refresh. Account opening is also a pain as compared to the competitor app. Been trying to open account but unsuccessful. Was thinking of trading on this but now have second thoughts, what if it keeps hanging in the middle of trades. Need to improve. For now the cow beats the tiger hands down.

Useless app. 1.Can not link to my info, need fill a lot unrelated question. 2. Request phone number when start using this app. When u want to open cash account or margin account, it show u already register,must cancel this phone number & email then register again. In this way they can save referal code fee. Dishonest app!

The app alone is really good for trading on the go if you are away from your computer. Deposits and withdrawals are really easy too. Then again, I'm only trading passively so my perspective is still very limited.

Extremely horrible customer service. Asked for a refund of a transfer I did back in mid August, after 2 months it still has not gotten anywhere. All customer service knows to do is to say refund usually takes 4 weeks.
