I just spent $64 purchasing a 3-year print subscription, which is supposed to include access to digital issues. Not only am I unable to access any digital issues (the app for some reason will not acknowledge that I'm a subscriber), but as others have said, I can't even get the app to stay open. Repeatedly crashes. Really disappointing that such a fine print magazine has such a useless, poorly-engineered app.

In common with other reviewers I find updating a nightmare and renewing Insider subscription results in having to delete the app, along with all the issues previously downloaded as it is the only way to stop the app crashing when you logout and login again. Very frustrating. Useless customer support as they don't answer your query, just paste in what is already available in the FAQs. Seriously considering whether to stop subscribing!

Constantly crashing, I'm reading and suddenly I get a blank screen telling me there are updates, but when i click "reload" it's just stuck forever. when i restart the app again, the same happens after 5min. Making it impossible to read the magazine. Basically rendering my whole online subscription useless. And in general (besides this major bug that they haven't fixed even though i contacted them about it a few times) the User Experience is mediocre at best.

A very frustrating app. As other reviewers have said, it is continually coming up with the update and reload screen and then just hangs. As I am in Australia, I do not get the print edition as part of my subscription. Unless the app improves, I doubt I will be renewing when my subscription when it expires.

Impossible to zoom so you can read the content on the phone. So I have subscribed to have access to the digital magazine but no way to read it. Annoying.

I changed my phone and reinstalled the app. Now I can't log in . Every time I try to log in, it crashes and closes.
